“This is my second time coming here and first time using their machines myself (first visit was a full service wash and fold job).Despite being fairly technology competent, I was immediately greeted with a detergent vending machine that wouldn't accept my card. Luckily, Frank (I believe the owner) noticed my confusion and asked if he could help. Turns out, the machine (very clearly, mind you) exclusively takes preloaded laundry cards, and here I was swiping my Visa like an ignoramus. He proceeded to guide me through loading my new laundry card and further explained that he could remotely issue a replacement for it if I ever lost it. Very cool.”
