Lott’s is a really convenient place to shop for quality furniture on Amelia Island. They carry quality brands at a competitive price. I worked with Virginia and she was super helpful and fun. I gave a four star rating because of the length of time it took to receive the furniture. I was told when I ordered it would be 6-8 weeks it ended up being more like 12-13 weeks before it was delivered. While I understand that Lott’s is at the mercy of the manufacturer, I felt like they should have known it would be almost double the time they quoted. However, still recommend Lott’s for great quality furniture.

Went in looking for the children’s section of beds for some sort of loft bed. After wandering around the store and only finding 1 bunk bed and 2 children’s bed I asked a store associate passing by if they had a specific section for children’s beds and she seemed to be aggravated and asked what I was looking for. I told her a loft bed of some sort and with an attitude she replied, “yea we don’t have that” and walked off. I would have been fine looking at a catalog and ordering one but unfortunately was not even offered the option. I felt unwilling to spend a dime in a business that did not value the customer so I will take my money else where.

Nice selection of furniture but poorly run store. Fairly expensive, same items can be found elsewhere for less so shop around.

reviewing the store/service ... not the furniture... they are all over you....super friendly, yada yada ... until you pay $20k, then..NOWHERE to be found: no return phone call, no service...zip.literally called about the status of my order at least 6 times. no information... they only regurgitate the 'four to six weeks' rhetoric; refusing to actually check on the order . While struggling through the sales process, it's takes an unconscionable long period of time to find out availability, and pricing; sales people walking back and forth through the store, unable to access rudimentary basic information.... it took me four hours to buy furniture...not because of my indecisiveness but because some young improperly trained woman (unkempt and poorly groomed; does not give a vote of confidence) pacing back and forth to different desks and different computers? really? ... as some one with life long experience in this industry , LOTTS is a mediocre store with some nice stuff you can order almost anywhere...in fact you are better off buying through a designer who will tract the order and maybe offer you a discount. yes, maybe the furniture is 'good' quality but these items can be purchased anywhere.... SERVICE is the only thing left for sale LOTTs is lackadaisical, could care less attitude; can't wait for it to be over.

They have a wide selection but most of it was not my taste and the prices are way too high! I found most things were over priced. It’s an okay place and the sales staff is competent.I found a place in town that can get me most everything I want at a much lower price. If your looking for furniture shop what you’re looking for then go to Best Price Furniture to save a lot of $$$$!!! Read my review of them!

Bought two lovely Stressless chairs from Lott’s and one of the automatic functions was not working. Service Technician George Carter just left our home. We are so very pleased with his service. He fixed our problem right away, had clearly researched the issue before he came, was completely informed, a perfect job. This is a big reason why we’ll be shopping even more at Lott’s. All their floor staff, including particularly Janna Griffith, are informed and helpful, and great at customer follow-up. Evelyn in the front office clearly runs a very effective business.

Justin- is a super awesome down to earth guy . Thank you for your honesty. I will definitely be coming to you in the future for our furniture. you better believe it. I love all the furniture that y’all have there too. Super clean store lots to choose from! Not hassle or pressure to buy never pushy.. I really liked coming to visit and talk with you. My friend recommended me to you and I can say it was the best decision that I made being new to the island. Thanks again Justin.

I looked all over Jacksonville area and liked the furniture at Lott’s best 1.5 years ago. Bought 2 large recliner chairs and a small kitchen table. Professional, dependable, friendly service. Prices were higher than what I thought I would have to pay, but seemed similar to other stores with better selection and quality.

I visited Lott’s Furniture Store last week looking for a certain size sofa. I walked around getting myself acquainted with the layout of the store. Not one person spoke to me in any manner. I did run down an associate to ask about sofas, but in the course of the conversation, another lady interrupted and said associate walked away from me and never returned to finish our conversation. I was certainly dressed appropriately and my hair was in a ponytail. Apparently, I didn’t look like the kind who frequently visits their store. I have only lived here a short while and want to patronize island businesses. On second thought, it could have been my southern accent and didn’t want my money. ?

Well now. I bought local on island with the expectation of getting service and satisfaction. We've gotten neither with almost $6000 worth of furniture in this recent purchase. It takes months to get in the first place, months to repair when defective , and then when it's ready they can't do their job and deliver it. Now, after they finally came and picked our a defective Lazy Boy top of the line motorized recliner we are ready to receive it back after several weeks. Change our plans, have someone here to receive it and the truck shows up asking which recliner needs to be picked up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Well no, they are not. They screwed up and left the recliner in GA. Four more days to wait we're told until they can get around to delivering it. Ask if it's on island and yes it is, I can pick it up tomorrow (Thursday) at the store but they can't deliver it until Friday (when they know we'd like it back Thursday). I'm 2 miles from the store but somehow my $6000 purchase means nothing. Satisfied - no Best price - no Do they care - obviously not - they know we have a big party Thursday. Recommendation- go off island and pay less. Service and delivery couldn't be worse.

We went to Lotts looking for a new recliner. The salesperson was very helpful. She had great knowledge of their products. We were looking for a recliner for me since mine was the oldest. However, while there my husband found one that he fell in love with! So we ended up with two recliners. The folks in the store were terrific, helpful, and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers were fantastic. They helped us position the recliners and move the old ones out of the way. Excellent service and excellent knowledge.

Came into the store last week in search of a new bed. My fiancé and I were in the store for at least half an hour and not one sales person came to speak with us despite several being around the store. It was as if they would make eye contact with us and then avoid us...as if they thought we couldn't afford anything or that we weren't worth their time to help. Anyways, we didn't find anything we liked on the floor but we used their online service in store and found a bed we both loved. Unfortunately, their online service does not provide prices. I used their text and email features to hopefully get a price but the text link did not provide a price and the emails did not come through. Finally, after we were fed up of being ignored by the sales staff, we attempted to email Lott's information email address to find a price for the specific bed we liked. An entire week has passed and no one has responded. At this point, we have already bought another bed elsewhere. Although we liked the one Lott's might have had to offer, we have refused to give them our business because of their extremely unhelpful staff and servicing systems.
