Two ladies were very kind and helpful!! The one who was close to the door Saturday eve. around 6pm? And another lady back where microwaves were; And a man who carried out the microwave to my car, raining , I might add ; but one young woman made me feel very unwanted there! She just wanted out of there . I do not wish her fired! I wish her to learn how to treat the public, She will be much happier. and so will shoppers! I probably would not have bought the micro there if not for the other three very helpful ,I would request your store givelessons in how to treat buyers.I understand we all get tired toward end of our work day but courtesy never goes out of style!! Thank you

The last 4 times I’ve been into Lowe’s, only self checkout was open and there were lines for all. The last time I was there, lines again at self checkout, 3 employees were hanging out by the Customer Service desk, chatting, 1 employee assisting at self checkout. I would rather stand in line waiting for an employee to ring up my purchase. If I have to self checkout, I want benefits cuz and an employee discount. I live just down the street but will go to Home Depot from now on. Ridiculouslpractice.

Took 10 minutes after paying to get a propane tank exchange. I’ll be going to Walmart from now on. This store has gone down hill. They have the poorest customer service.

So far the worst customer service. I needed assistance and asked 3 workers for help and each time they told me that they will call somebody to help me but nobody showed up. 30 min of wasted time and no help...

Employee Deidre was off duty and saw my husband and I struggling to put a heavy box in the back of our truck and she came over to help us. She should be recognized for her commitment to Lowes customers even while off the clock! Thank you Deidre!

If I could give low a less than 1 star I would. Find an item and the River city store. They say they have 12 and can’t find any so they send me to the Fernandina Beach store. Drive over there. They find the item but it isn’t on sale there. They then proceeded to tell me they don’t price match between stores. I spend a fortune each year at home improvement stores. Lowes keeps getting less and less of that pie. Thanks for wasting my time and my gas. Headed to the Home Depot. Done with your POS stores.

An absolute nightmare experience. In summary, it took three times to have the product delivered (once the order was cancelled without my knowledge) and 5+ months before it was installed… incorrectly. No surprise BBB Customer Reviews are 1.12 stars out of 5.I purchased six roller shades. One month later I get a phone call from Lowe’s stating the order was cancelled. No reason was given. So, I go into the store looking for an explanation, the sales associate hands me the customer support number for the manufacturer and tells me to call them myself. Uh, isn’t this your job? Evidently, they had called Lowe’s 3 times with questions and never received a return call, so they cancelled the order. I answered their questions but direction had to come from Lowe’s – another 2+ weeks before this was done.Delivery was delayed twice, again no reason given. When it was delivered the mounting hardware was incomplete. Of those delivered, one was incorrectly installed and found to be the wrong dimensions. Yes, the one that needed answers to the questions above.The new shade was reordered. After the scheduled delivery date I received a call from Lowe’s – again, the order was cancelled, no explanation given.I made numerous trips to the store for answers to questions been on the phone with Lowe's Executive Customer Relations no less than 20 times. I never received an answer to the delays, mis-management, and no quality control only that “we apologize” even though “they have no idea why this went horribly wrong and understand the frustration” and “can truly sympathize”.Finally, my inspection of the installation uncovered extremely low-quality workmanship with broken fasteners, one shade not level to the ground and two weren’t installed per initial site survey and agreement.Lowe's only offered a gift card as compensation saying this “was all they could offer” even though they fully acknowledged the excessive delays, mis-management, and no quality control for the product or installation.

If I could give individual employees ratings I would. Monique and the young customer service lady with the blonde hair deserve a 5 star for being the most helpful employee at lowes today as well as the crew that worked last Sunday in the lumber department. Unfortunately today it took 2 hours to receive the same materials because they couldn't find it despite trying to explain that i was shown the materials last week telling them where it was around back and I was able to pre-purchase it before arrival. The store assistant manager had an attitude and the lady trying to help was doing her best to try to find it but you could tell she was frustrated from the task because she couldn't get the help she needed trying to find it. So, this store definitely had some great employees that pick up the the slack of those employees lacking any common sense. They seriously need a raise and maybe a few more competent coworkers.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED ITS GOTTEN WORSE!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY RUDE LAZY ASSOCIATES LAZY MANAGERS WHO DONT MANGE ANYTHING. EVERYONE BUT A HANDFUL OF EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED AND ALL THE MANAGERS SHOULD BE FIRED AND START FROM SCRATCH WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!!! Not really sure what’s been going on at this lowes the past year or so but man it’s ridiculous! People walking around avoid helping people employees rude and incompetent. Contractors orders being cancelled and Mark at the pro desk on his own dime goes and get canceled materials and delivers it to that customer because of the money the contractors spend and the relationship he has with those contractors. As a builder myself who’s always at Lowe’s buying material it’s to the point I’m about to close my account and go to Home Depot or RPM because of the way things are now. Store is constantly disgusting looking even for a home improvement store, isle block with carts and carts have stuff on them so they can’t be used I mean I could keep going and going! Honestly is it going to change!? If not I don’t want to waste anymore of my time at a establishment that doesn’t value their big spenders and casual customers. Not to mention it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any community service activity in Nassau County from Lowe’s when they used to do it consistently!! It’s been a month since I originally wrote this and thing HAVE NOT gotten any better matter of fact it’s worse..! Managers not showing up or if they do they show up at 9 10 11 o’clock when schedule say 6. Customers complain and they get every excuse in the book why said employees/managers can’t do their job. There is absolutely no accountability going on in this store except for a handful of employees. There’s no team just a bunch of individuals doing whatever they want. If people are actually made to work they go complain like they’re in highschool this is really really ridiculous a bunch of lazy bums that don’t work managers that show up whenever they want if at all no accountability overall horrible store compared to just a year or so ago. Corporate obviously is ok with all this going on because there’s been no changes. Just a bunch of people collecting a check for nothing because they don’t work or help customers if you can find a associate they’re rude and nasty or have NO CLUE about anything in the store.
