I had a great experience buying a truck I didn't feel the pressure you always feel from dealships I felt like I was hanging out with a buddy. Everything went pretty smooth except the parts I messed up but even then he was very accommodating and we above and beyond to make the process easier

I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. We did the application online before arriving onsite. Everything was worked out before test driving. No pushy sales guy! The whole process is quick and easy. All the documentation was set out and explained before signing. I walked in and drove MY truck home within 35 mins.

I have always bought cars in person before but this time I decided to risk it and buy at North Florida Auto Mall even though I live in Maryland. I was rewarded with a great car and a great experience as a customer. With every interaction Reece and Marie were as friendly as possible. I traveled down to Florida to make the purchase even though Reece offered to ship the car to me. The car was every bit as perfect as they had represented. The purchase process was easy and they went the extra mile to get a 2nd key from the Mazda dealership and do final cleaning and fill it up with gas, all after I had paid. What I noticed that was truly special was, in addition to their hospitality, the pride that they took in making both the car and the car buying experience as good as it could possibly be. I highly recommend them to all.Update! It's now 4+ years later and I still love my car every time I drive it. I'm so happy to have made my purchase with North Florida Automall!

Reece was great to work with! It was by far the easiest, smoothest deal to buy a used vehicle...communication was friendly, polite, and prompt...he had multiple choice vehicles to look at in my price range, was able to pick my favorite one...he was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and also had carfax to show me as well... It was a pleasure meeting Reece and his wife ...thank you for my new set of wheels! ? I recommend this dealer and will use him in the future too!
