Kara is the WOMAN!
I've never had someone go so above and beyond. We were stranded at a local Marina in need of an alternator for our boat. Her location didn't have one so she looked on the internet and found one at a competitor. We called the competitor and they said they didn't have it. We tried a few other stores and came up with nothing.
We tried Kara one more time and she said she'd call the competitor for us. Not only did she locate it, she said she'd bring it to us!! She was there in a jiff and even made a other trip to bring another part we needed.
Kara is an angel and a priceless employee.

A huge shoutout to Ms. Dot at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for helping me the find the car battery that I needed for my Ford Fusion Hybrid. Her customer service was outstanding, she was very friendly and she answered any questions that I had with ease. I will recommend her and the Fernandina location for any automotive needs!

While on vacation, my left turn signal stopped working. I first went to Auto Zone, and the poor guy there was not very knowledgeable, so wasted stop. I next went to O'Reilly's and spoke with Ted. He went out to the car to see if he could easily manage changing the light--yes he could! He had my foursome of golf ladies back on the road with a working turn signal within 10 minutes. Big kudos to Ted for being helpful, knowledgeable and having a "can do" attitude!...at no charge , other than the light purchase! (Yes, I tipped him)

Amazing service! Thank you so much to JJ and Penny today. I've been trying to fix my brake lights but I stopped at 6 auto parts stores in Jacksonville and either they did not have a 7 mm ratchet for me to borrow or they were unwilling to help. I was up in Fernandina Beach for a work activity and decided to stop in. Not only did they have one to borrow but Kenny helped me takeoff my brake light assemblies. Then we swapped the lightbulbs, drained water (oops), and taped lights to keep water out until I can replace them. He was caring and kind and so much appreciated.
