The merchandise selection seems lovely and thoughtfully curated. However, my experience was dampened by the customer service. I walked in with an iced coffee and was immediately told to put it down or leave—without so much as a greeting. While the products may be nice, a warm and welcoming atmosphere is just as important, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my short visit.

April 5th was my first visit to Pearl. I will be back. The store is beautiful and the inventory is wonderful! Mary, the salesperson, who assisted me was lovely. I purchased a necklace and a crossbody purse. Love, love both.

While on vacation, my 83 yr old mother and I was in your boutique. She bought a $165 white sweater w/ rhinestones. We went back for a teal one. There was a spot on it, the only size available. The employee tried to get the spot out. After a few minutes, there were still water spots on the sweater and could still see the spot slightly. I asked if she could order a new one. Because we were not local, they would have to charge $19 for shipping!!!! Really?? Then she had the audacity to discount the sweater for a measly $10!!! That is a fricken slap in the face. I wanted to laugh in her face so bad!! We both used to work retail ourselves and would have NEVER have done this to a customer. The employee claimed it was because of profit margin. Yeh, right!! Was probably marked up 75% at least. I wonder if the sweater got ruined they eat their $158 + tax.
P.S. whatever happened to the customer is always right?

This store never fails to have wonderful choices of fun, colorful separates, dresses and accessories for all of life’s occasions! It’s a place you must include in your shopping while on Amelia Island!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Rude and unwelcoming. The older lady there must really hate people, she’s in the wrong profession. To think I was actually going to attempt to spend money there would have been an unfortunate waste. Next time, treat your patrons better.

I hardly leave reviews but this deserves to be called out. The absolute worst service. The older lady working there was beyond rude and disrespectful. My girls and I were looking at the perfume, smelling what scents we were thinking of buying perfume when we were told not to touch. Well how the hell are we supposed to know what scent to purchase. Awful experience, you've been warned.

Always a destination when I visit Amelia Island. Staff if super friendly and recommended items based on what I liked (but not pushy). Great experience. I’ll be back again next time I’m in town!
