The bank manager came out spoke to one client only while the line was outside of the door he did not one thing to move the line the one teller that was there was helping the same one client that the bank manager spoke to for over an hour which she was still helping after I left. The other teller came off of her lunch break yo help move the line. Awful as a banking institution especially .

And with a solid one star it is wonder this branch remains open. You can not reach them on the phone (at least in the first six attempts) and if you do, we'll, let's just say it has not been a pleasant experience. I'm done with them and hence done with Bank of America as well - after decades of using them.

Slow, no staff, told to make an appointment to do ANYTHING with my account, then have appointment cancelled by the bank, they don't provide any temporary cards in the event you lose/damage yours. Charge 15$ fee for a new card. Upper management just walking around watching while one teller handles a massive line. This branch is a joke and insult to the brand.

I would like to share with the community of Fernandina Beach,Fla that the Bank of America location located at 1822 S. 8th Street, Fernandina Beach,Fla,32034 is improperly trained on fair treatment of all customers,This branch called the police on an account holder 3/2021to sit an observe the family whom was an african american an also an account holder with Bank of America that needed a new bank card upon exiting the bank a marked police unit was outside the bank, that wasn't there when we arrived and the officer followed the individual and his family from the bank as though something had been done wrong,What prompted the police being called on us? We find it suspicious that the officer pulled off right behind us and ran our liscense plate then sped off and I jotted down his unit number also and have filed paperwork with the Fernandina Beach Police Department,I would love to know what he was actually called for in the first place hmmm suspicious activity because we are african american and to many seem out of place in the area that we have lived and worked in for years....Prove it . I took a photo to back up what I'm saying ,not to mention he was backed in and looking for something to do and that in itself is not apart of integrity as a sworn official. This location has shown us why we will never come bank and will find a new bank because we are in disbelief of the treatment we received. We will not tolerate the discrimination and we are calling for the cameras at this location to be pulled for verification of what I'm stating. We need answers ,This is very unacceptable by this establishment and will not be accepted on our end. I have notified hollyoneill.feedback@bof…,and have also emailed the Governor of Florida @ governorron.desantis@eog… in regards to this matter. Bank of America needs to address this issue immediately before it makes national television for Discrimination, Harrasment and Racial Profiling. Who calls the police on an account holder? We view what has occurred as Racial Profiling when in fact we should be able to go inside a bank or any establishment without being judged. They don't deserve any stars but I had to offer 1 to post a review. Exscuse my grammar because that's the last thing im thinking about while typing this,I believe in Equality for everyone.
