I am concerned that this Publix does not have enough employees. I feel the few on duty when I shop are hurried and exhausted. I spent 25 years in the Labor field and can sense when there is a problem. When there are too few employees the quality of work suffers due to Managers pushing them to do double work and leads to sickness due to stress levels and toxic work environment

Holy cow, what a wait! Placed a only order and showed up on time, as one should. Waited 20 minutes and asked for an update incase someone grabbed my subs by mistake. Was told they have not yet been made. Watched the employees make 30 subs for people in line before they started my online order. Terrible customer service.... plenty of people behind the counter doing nothing but standing around. By far worst publix experience I've ever had. Don't know if Win-Dixie has a deli, but even if they don't, I would prolly get my order sooner. Finished this review and still don't have my subs

This is my “go to” store. I can always count on Publix for fresh veggies and fruit as well as a great meat selection and options for my high allergy child! We also have some favorite employees! Shannon always go out of her way to wave and send a happy smile our way. Ruth is awesome as well. So many great people there and any issues are always handled quickly and professionally!

Just moved to the area and moved our prescriptions to this pharmacy. The staff was very polite and helpful in getting the prescriptions moved and processing our insurance. Very short wait when picking up the prescriptions.

This is one of the friendliest stores you can find! The people are knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The food beats the pitiful Harris Teeter foods. Always the best choice! You never wait for an open line (like Teeter) and the check out people are quick and professional. This is one great store! Cheaper too.

Probably one of nicest, cleanest, well stocked and maintained grocery stores I've ever encountered. This is what a grocery store should be. Thanks Fernandina Publix...you ruined me from ever shopping anywhere again. Wonderful employees as well.
