Scott and his team are awesome. They treat you like they’ve known you forever and customer service seems to be their priority. If you give them a shot and you’ll be hooked. They tuned up my little Jeep and it purrrrs like a cat again! The price was very fair also!

Scott Thompson got me for 1200.00 sold me a genze mandra last two months the screen went out called them they were supposed to get back with me they sent messages I could buy one for 1200.00 new they don’t get back to you there phones go to voice mail and it is full Sad they can take advantage to Elders I am 75 years old had to push it home three time the only advice i finally got from them is go buy new parts and move on thanks Roadshark powersports

Stopped by to see what services might be done to my motorcycle on island and was pleased to be met in the parking lot by Mark, who was a informative and friendly as could be. I'll be bringing my bike to him to mount tires and for performance mods.One of my son's brought his new-to-him motorcycle for tires and a drive chain, was treated as if he was big money, and was loaned a golf cart to drive until the work was finished a few hours later. Mark inspected the bike and suggested a couple of minor maintenance chores, and didn't try to upsell.These are great people who go to extraordinary lengths to care for their customers, and this town is all the better for them being here to provide a wide variety of personal transportation and a wide range of repairs.Thanks, Mark! See you soon with a new back tire for My bike.

My husband is new to owning a motorcycle. He went to RoadShark Powersports with his dad, a seasoned motorcycle rider, to inquire about a new chain and rear tire, the staff and owners were extremely understanding, kind and informative. He had a wonderful experience. I know Scott and Teresa and their sweet 4 legged baby, Olive, from my place of work and I just wanted to tell them how personally grateful I am that they took such great care of someone that I love. Do yourself a favor and rent a golf cart to explore the island! Roadshark makes it easy by delivering the golf cart right to you and picking it up when you are finished! These guys go above and beyond and are the most friendly people. Our family had a blast cruising the island on a golf cart. Support local, rent from Roadshark Powersports!

Was very flexible with rainy weather on our pickup time. Cart was fully ready when we got there and clean. The lady working the desk (failed to get her name) was extremely personal and friendly. Will definitely visit them again!

I have rented a couple times, which ultimately ended in me purchasing. Not only do I feel like I got a good price, but I was treated great. They are actually delivering it as I type this review. They were able to get it to me, the same day I purchased. Tax, tag and title.

They made it very easy to rent a golf cart during our stay at the marina! We wanted to take in the sites on the island and renting a cart made it fun!! We will be back!

I stopped in to say hello recently. We are into the E-Scooters now and needed a place we can rely on. These people are super friendly -and they do have someone who can do the maintenance and fix flats and such. I'm glad I stopped bye to say hello and will be happy to give them my business. I am an autistic adult and sorta hard to please. ?

hey guys great service, I bought a 2020 XMAX from you guys today with only 470 miles. I spoke with Scott 3 days ago and agreed on a price, my wife traveled all the way from southwest Florida to fernandina beach and left back with the xmax for only $5,000! im sorry about the sour grapes who arrived as my wife was buying it. it can be theirs for $7500 ;)

Every member of staff went out of their way to help! Needed new motorcycle starter with very short turn-around time. They found a new starter online for very reasonable price ($198: OEM was $650)! They got part into store in 3 days, able to install the following morning as I was shipping bike that afternoon! This all happened THE DAY BEFORE the annual Concourse car event which is a huge deal involving thousands of people, cars, golf cart and scooter rentals! Can't say enough about their willingness to help, friendliness and great service!!!
