My granddaughter and I we’re heading home to Georgia when my vehicle gave message that I needed to add air to my tire So I came to Tire Kingdom Fernandina Beach to get air , so I thought, my front tire had a big peice of metal in it ! The nice man who was running the front got one of his employees on it immediately, repaired it in timely manner A lot of people came in while we were waiting and they got the friendliest customer service, clean waiting room to wait in Highly recommend this place if you live here or if visiting and need any type service , they do more than just tires!

In today’s transaction driven world, it’s nice to be treated in a nice way. Most often when you are at a tire place, you are there to address an issue so understanding that is key from a customer service perspective. People walking in need help and are usually not in a pleasant state of mind. The team at this place of business was courteous and accommodating. Having had a tire blow out at 1:30 the night before on the highway, to have someone understand that and take care of it in a timely fashion so we could continue on our journey onwards. They didn’t have a free bay open due to number of customers already in queue but took care of mounting, balancing and installing a new replacement tire outside the bay. They assigned an associate to jack the car outside, while I waited. Appreciated the FL hospitality and kindness in dealing with a stressed out customer from the roadside hassle the night before. The humanity we all need in today’s world besides the business transaction. Thank you.

My wife and I were on a trip back to Maine from Vero Beach Florida on our way to Fernandina Beach and developed some serious tire issues. (delamination of the cords creating major vibration) We arrived at our hotel in Fernandina beach on a Saturday evening and realized that we needed new tires. We were not optimistic that we would find any place open on Sunday but found Tire Kingdom. I was there when they opened at 9am and Bruce and the crew put on 4 new tires for a reasonable price and had us on our way within an hour and a half. Greatly appreciate the service and hospitality.

I walked in without an appointment, after a miserable morning with a flat tire. What a friendly atmosphere they took very good care of me. They made my bad start to the day end nicely.I highly recommend doing business there.

Driving out to work this morning noticed my tire pressure was low and had a nail in my tire. Drove all the way back to my local Tire Kingdom in Fernandina Beach. As soon as the store open there were four appointments already. Bruce the covering manager explained it may be a wait and will try and get me in as soon as he could. Josh the long time mechanic was rocking and rolling from the start. They opened at 8am and had my vehicle ready by 8:45am. Just amazing service and professionalism each and every time. My new wife wonders why I would drive past my dealer I brought the car from to go here. The service you get here is unmatched. Honest, professional, in a timely manner always. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate you guys!!!Thanks Bruce and Josh!

I had an 11 AM appointment and I called at 10:40 to tell me that even if I brought my car in at 11 it wouldn’t be ready until 4PM. What’s the purpose of having an appointment? Simple oil change and tire rotation is all I needed. 5 hours to tie my car up. Unbelievable! Woman who called me was rude as well.

My wife Penny and I have used Tire Kingdom for our tire needs as well as occasional vehicle service since 2019. They have done an excellent job for us and their prices have consistently been the most competitive. They really came through for us in the past couple weeks when I got a nail in my tire on a Friday evening but did not notice the leak until midday on Saturday. I called them at 2 PM and they managed to fit me in and repair the tire within 90 minutes of my call and did not charge me an arm and a leg.
