Shipped an iPhone worth 1,000 dollars, and few other pairs of clothes, just to get the phone stolen swapped with a cheap android, and I went to the store and not much help, it never got to it’s destination and got it returned with the yellow ups packaging, not tryna blame anyone but only a coincidence we didn’t put insurance on it day of shipping and few workers around, who might’ve taken advantage and got it swapped!!!! WHERES THE GURANTEE

The staff. They care and are friendly, helpful and efficient. If there were 2 UPS Stores side by side, I would choose this one every time.

On Thursday, I sent a package overnight to arrive on Friday. I tracked the package on Friday, and I noticed that the package would not arrive until Monday. When I called the store, I was told that there is nothing they can do once it leaves them. When I called UPS Customer Support, I couldn't get a live person on the phone, and the automated voice stated, "I can't connect you with a representative." I would give the UPS store and corporate a zero for customer service.

Every time I use UPS I am processed quickly and the staff behind the counter are friendly and helpful. Other than Christmas time when the lines can be long, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to help me. I highly recommend this store!

Everytime I have gone to this store I am greeted by the employees. They are always so pleasant and helpful. No matter what you need they never rush you or act put out, which you find slot of these days. I love this place!

The customer service is terrible here. They ARE NOT HAPPY to serve you. They want you out quicker than you came in. You will learn that when you try to work with them.I’m trying to track down a $600 item they incorrectly shipped after treating me like that.Just terrible, like I was punished for choosing them to ship something.

As a rental box user, employees do everything they can to not make me wait to pick up my packages. Very accommodating staff.

Cathy (from the Fernandina Beach location next to Publix) was very short and rude when I tried to return an item to Amazon. The return code would not work, and she kept insisting I’d be sent something from Amazon to print although the directions did not state that. After speaking to Amazon, this was in fact not the case. She advised me incorrectly and spoke in a condescending manner to me. This is my second negative interaction with her. Management should remind her how important customer service is in this line of work. I will not be returning to her counter moving forward.

I was returning two mirrors, today, I purchased on Amazon in their original packaging which were boxes with lids, which I left three sides open so the mirrors could be inspected. After standing in line for more than a few minute ( apparently the customer at the counter had an issue which took some time to resolve) it was my turn. I explained to the clerk that I would like her to look at the mirrors to see they were not damaged at the time of the return. There were now several people waiting and I could see her frustration of being the only one working, so she just barked at me "I ain't inspectin no packages" and started making the labels. I posting this review in case the mirrors end up damaged in shipping and I am accused of sending them that way. It would have taken the clerk less than 10 seconds to look at.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I receive from this UPS store. This morning, Debbie went above and beyond to help me fix an error I'd made. Thank you so much for being so courteous! Your staff always handles my packages quickly and with care!

They are super busy and move a truck load of product in and out each day. New employees need to study fast and hard to keep up, but the service is phenomenal. Love Fernandina Beach, Florida.
