This facility sucks and one guy in particular who is mouthy and rude, literally seems to lose my items on purpose. I'm an eBay seller and have to use this facilty to ship my items. I shipped two items, one through this facilty and one through UPS on the same road. My item shipped through UPS is already in NY where it's suppose to be, the one from USPS is literally in Starke like a bit over an hour away (Missent) Pirate ship shows me which is a 3rd party I use to print my own labels. Yes, I print my own labels and all this facilty has to do is SCAN the item which seldom gets done unless I stand in line. I brought this item to the door in back and asked the short mouthy guy to scan it and he did, but did not give me my receipt. I check tracking on all my items within a day or so of shipping. Now here I am writing this. I had to contact USPS customer service and tell them what happened and that it was misent to get a case opened for investigation. It's frustrating and time consuming. I tried calling the facility to speak with a manager today and no answer, they seldom answer the phone. This facilty is in desperate need for some intelligent management in my opinion!

Staffs are so rude! Especially man staff in there! I feel like someone forces them to work. They are not happy w their job! Why these guys are not happy w their job! They cant leave! These are so rude man!

Absolute worst Post Office in my experience. Mail can fall into a “black hole”. And the front desk “Tiffany” was dismissive when needing assistance!

Have tried twice for passport services here. Same bald guy with a terrible attitude turned me away both times. First, he stated he was the only one working and couldn't do it the first time. The second time he said he did not have me on the schedule. And since I didn't have my appointment email saved he turned me away even though I had the confirmation number...he seems like he hates his job...very disgruntled and rude..hope he can get some counseling to help his anger and stress issues..will not be returning here again...

The guy who helped my husband was rude for no reason. He told my husband wrong pricing information and when my husband asked to confirm, he was wrong but he continued to be rude and arrogant. He was not helpful at all and gave out this attitude towards my husband. He’s the worst worker out there and this usps location is ruined because of him. I cannot fathom how he’s still employed because anyone’s day would be ruined by his unprofessional behaviors.

Worst service imaginable. Literally pick any other post office to go to, they will simply waste your time, act extremely arrogant and rude, and leave you praying your mail will get to where it's supposed to. The guy who helped me was the most incompetent employee I've ever seen at a post office, very rude, and it's shocking (and very telling) that someone like this is still employed there.

Jason was a prick , 0 stars\hero cookies for him, looks like he doesn't need any more cookies anyway. Rude for no reason, he wasn't even the one helping me and decided he had something to say.On other hand the other associate was awesome, great assistance from him as I don't come here often... I didn't get his name unfortunately but I think on my recipes it Said cashier 60 or something? Anyways big thanks to him. I guess it's 50 50 getting respect comeing into here.

It's unfortunate any time I have to write a negative review. I've put off writing this for a while but now it's gotten out of hand. When our regular postman isn't there, which is frequent with health issues and a lot of vacation days, our mail is messed up. It's a community box, in Florida. If the mail is out in the incorrect box we'll never get it or we'll get it 6 months later. A significantly large check was supposed to come in the mail this week. It showed up on the scan to be delivered 2 days ago. It's still not there. It's a shame I'll have to contact the company and they'll have to pay a fee to do a stop pay and resend the check. Now it'll take weeks to get done what should have been completed in an expeditious manner. This is all very disappointing. Do not use USPS unless that is your only choice.*****Update, Finally received the check after stop pay with 2 post marks on it******

Fernandina Beach post offices are awesome. Customer service is superb! It's really a treat to visit the historic post office down town. Although it's like walking back in time, service is wonderful and up to date. I LOVE FERNANDINA BEACH, and everything about it!
