Finally decided to break down and replace my iPhone 12 with the iPhone 15. Came into the store and the representative was working diligently to help the customer ahead of me. I didn’t have to wait long. Gabriel was helpful about my options and made the transfer so simple and seamless. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Walked in with my old phone and left with a new one and don’t feel like I had to start over. Love my phone and haven’t had any issues. Thank you, Gabriel!

The authorized Verizon dealer on 8th St in Fernandina Beach is wonderful. Gabriel and Thomas are nice, skilled and efficient. The other authorized Verizon place next to Starbucks is awful. They’re not nice.

Thomas Goad and Gabriel are both keepers. Thomas ordered and set up a new i14 for me and overhearing Gabriel I could tell his customers were grateful. Us old folks are tech challenged so it is meaningful to have two young, bright guys we can count on.

I was having an issue with my iPhone, as well as my husband‘s iPhone on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Florida. Stopped into the Verizon store in Fernandina Beach and Thomas immediately helped out the situation and was able to restore our phones. I ended up trading up our, phones and watches And, again, Thomas helped with great satisfaction and professionalism, and was also a joy to deal with. He has an easy-going, calm way about him and completed all our tasks with no hiccups. I highly recommend this Verizon store and in particular, Thomas.

Went into the Verizon store in Fernandina Beach. I was having a problem with my SIM card. I was afraid I’d have to travel to Town Center to the Apple Store. Thankfully the young man (didn’t get his name) working was friendly and very helpful. I left there happy and relieved. I won’t dread going in the next time I have a need to do so. ?
