Thinking I need to switch pharmacies now since I had an order issue for a prescription that the app said was being filled for a few days now and I call in to find that prescriber still needed to approve. Was corrected multiple times on the call, talk down to like I didn't know anything and when I wanted to continue to ask questions on the call after saying thank you for finally getting a simple question answer the phone line went dead and it was a hang up.

I went to Fernandina beach and when I swim, the water got in my ear so I was in the pain stop in CVS pharmacy on 8 south street and ask if they have anything to wash out my ear. Both pharmacist told me that nothing they can help me with I should go to urgent care we went to urgent care however it was after 6 PM and urgent care is closed so I was with a pain till next morning.Good job pharmacist, good job

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced, not to mention rudeness of staff working the front. Worth driving across the bridge to get prescriptions filled. Limited to Walgreens due to insurance.
Update to original post: Honestly I didn’t think they could get worse, but I was wrong. No customer service at all. Tried to get refill: they refuse to submit to insurance. Called insurance provider: no claims submitted and they state it was declined. Refused to submit another claim. This location needs to close.

Prescription was called in by hospital. It was ready five minutes before the pharmacy closed at 10pm. Not able to get there in 5 minutes. Very unsatisfied 😡

Do not use this pharmacy for any medication’s. You need to take on a daily basis. Refills for me have been a nightmare due to not in stock or insurance purposes. I have let them know every three months for over a year that one of mine will be self-pay as I know my insurance does not cover it, but this causes delays every single time. And then I go days without my blood pressure medication.

I am SO frustrated each time I have things to pick up at this pharmacy. Whether I go inside or drive thru the wait time is excruciating! It’s not because of the personnel it is because there are simply not enough staff here to handle the number of customers. One person going from counter to drive thru pick up lane is not acceptable during the busiest times of the day! There is also customers showing up in the drive thru who’s prescriptions aren’t ready and there is endless debate with the CSR at the window about these issues. I think if they instructed people to come in the store instead of waiting at the drive thru sometimes over 15 minutes that would be helpful. It is to the point where I am going to stop using this pharmacy even though it is so convenient.

The store itself seems ok, but the pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced! I've tried three times and it's always bad. I won't go back. The Rx on the app aren't updated, don't bother calling because they do not answer. Meds always out of stock but they don't notify you. Need an insurance approval? You'll never know until you go there in person. I recently went a month without my meds. They're understaffed and undertrained on processes. I had my doctors call everything into Amazon and it's been great. Adios, Walgreens!

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had to buy from. They cannot fill a prescription correctly. I had to got back several times because they can't do basic math and read the doctor's instructions.

Would give zero stars if it was an option.
This pharmacy is the worst. When your doctor tells you your pharmacy sucks, it confirms that it's time for a change. Our doctor called them last evening trying to verify prescriptions for a discharge, was on hold for over an hour and they hung up on him twice! As they've hung up on me multiple times in the past when I've been on hold, this is definitely their normal MO.
Their unprofessional actions last night cost me another night in the hospital. I am taking all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy, as I dont trust them to fill my prescriptions or with my health anymore!!!
