Terrible pharmacy service. Waiting on hold and they pick up the phone and put you immediately on hold without speaking. Multiple times during one single call. Wish there was another one in Yulee so we didn't have to depend on this location for medication.

I had an appointment scheduled to get a vaccine. It took well over a half an hour for them to acknowledge me and to get the vaccine. I will be going somewhere else from now on as this is the only pharmacy I ever have a long wait. I can see why they only have 2.9 stars

This is a very disorganized store. Often when I call in the phones aren’t working and the staff seems really frazzled. There are almost always a lot of people in line or in the drive-through. I finally switched to Publix and Publix in Yule- they have a drive-through. And they always answer the phone and they’re friendly and accurate. Not Walgreens!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with as a patient and a healthcare provider. Unfortunately, our insurance requires us to use Walgreens. I have had the wrong drug sent home with me (right bottle, wrong pill inside the bottle-terrifying to think what could happen to someone without medical knowledge). The pharmacist Lyndsay is not familiar with med protocols that lie outside of routine for rare conditions and asks for "doctors notes" from office.-refusing to fill scripts. What?!?!? Patients have said they had to go back for not receiving the correct amount of insulin, etc for the month only to be told by the pharmacy it's THEIR responsibility to check that it's correct. I am certain this pharmacy is going to hurt somebody some day (if they haven't already), either by withholding medications, or making a mistake on prescription fills. As a PHYSICIAN, I will travel out of my way to Kingsland GA Walgreens or pay out of pocket with GoodRx at ANY other pharmacy from here on forward.

We have been a customer of this pharmacy over 12 years and their customer service has deteriorated to unacceptable levels. Their new Pharmacist (Cambil Stephens) is a beligerantes, combative and rude person who doesn’t know how to deal with clients. After 3 years+ of filling the same prescription on a monthly basis, she got it wrong and we had to get our MD involved. We filed a complaint with the Walgreens Corporate office and plan to take our prescription needs to CVS.

I went to the Photo Department excited about my soon to be new creation. I approached the counter and told the Lady in the department that I would like to copy this 11x14 article on a canvas or a plaque, ect. I was told she wasn't sure it would fit(maybe to big), and they don't do copies only scan and print....
No copies but scan and print. To big but they do posters and wall art ... I'm not sure if I'm confused or if Walgreens is. ?

I had a wonderful experience with Natasha in the beauty and skin care section. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and provided efficient assistance. Although I didn't need to use the pharmacy, I visited while traveling from out of town and was able to find most of the items I needed to replace due to delayed luggage.

This location is always busy. The best time to go is before 10:00 a.m. if you have to go to the pharmacy or have a vaccination. It's really easy to shop most of the rest of the time in the store. However the store could be twice it size with a pharmacy three times its size and still do a good business. Expect weights at the pharmacy because we have more people than square footage. The pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are excellent. They are carrying people who are mostly polite. Every once in awhile after getting quite a bit of abuse from the previous customer they might be a little bit less likely to be open and overly friendly. This is totally understandable.

Inconsistent service each time I use this pharmacy for prescriptions. They never thank customers and for two times now in a row associates were “not 5 star” for sure. They are fortunate to receive one star. I switched to this pharmacy due to the fact that my insurance requested I use a preferred pharmacy. Time to rethink and move back to my “big box” pharmacy and pay more. At least the big box staff and pharmacists received appropriate customer service training. Walgreens teams need to be retrained regarding customer service skills without delay.

I changed my insurance company just to be through with this pharmacy impersonating company! One of the worst business on the island!

This place doesn't belong on Amelia Island! It's mostly empty. A waste of space. Not clean. No one around to help you. They really should close this store. I went there for some face cream - the shelves were empty. Mostly sun tan lotions.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, slow and disrespectful towards customers. Not sure how they stay in business. Multiple trips and still can not get my prescription filled. Extremely long wait times and not sure why. There are usually at least 6 people working in the pharmacy alone. Often they will walk past you multiple times without even acknowledging you are standing there waiting on them to help you. If your prescription is not in the bag with the others they will not let you know till you get home and realize not every thing is there. Checked status online and it said pending. They sent me a text 2 weeks later letting me know it was ready, however when I got there they wouldn’t give me it to me without authorization from my doctor and insurance. So why notify me to come pick it up?
