The fence in the dog park is falling down! Dogs escape on a regular basis. Instead of worrying about the dogs making the concrete dirty, worry about them getting out and possibly lost or worse.

I dropped my cat off yesterday, and don't pick her up till Monday, so this review is based on my phone experience. My cat is 3 years old and has never been confined to any space. Always free to roam inside and out. I called this morning to see how she did on her first night. The young lady who took my call couldn't have been any kinder. She understood my over protective concern and made me feel like I could call as often as I needed. Even if she was faking it, that's good business. Lol. The staff I came in contact with when I dropped her off were just as kind. I'm sure my girl is in good hands.

The only choice for my baby. I've entrusted the Bed and Biscuit for over 2 years to provide the best care possible for my Saffron. Such a caring and professional staff. Saffron was boarded once during a hurricane and they had the facility staffed to ensure 24/7 attention to the pets. Not surprising they have been in business for over 20 years.

I highly recommend the B&B. I went on vacation and left my cat at the B&B for two weeks. Very attentive staff, whenever I called to ask how my cat was doing, they always took good care of me and answered my questions. Super clean company, when you walk in it smells clean, it smells good. Whenever I go on vacation, it will be at the B&B that I will leave my cat. I know that I can trust this company and go on vacation with peace of mind that they will take good care of my cat.

Our dog loves going to day care at Bed and Biscuit. She has been going since she was a puppy and loves the staff and to run in the large shaded dog park!

The worst experience of our boarding life. The staff are young and very rude. No access to management about concerns. I will pay double to go somewhere else in the future. Honesty is not the best policy at Bed and Biscuit. With all our concerns, management has still not reached out to us. Shame on you.

The owners and employees are such kind people! Rick, who runs the dog park out back, is unfailingly professional and kind. My pup, Roo, gets so excited when we drive onto the property, has a blast running all day with his four-legged friends, and always comes home tired and well-cared-for. This place is a hidden gem and a godsend!
