I think Dr Waite and his staff are amazing. They work like a well oiled machine. Everyone is polite and informative. The only reason for less than perfect marks, is the amount of time that you are there. The visit runs between 1 3/4 hrs to 3 hrs. And the fact that it is always cold in there. Remember to always bring a sweater. While waiting after your eyes a dilated in the dark room, there never seems to be enough seats for everyone, so some people could end up going back into the regular waiting area and it's not dark out front. Like I've stated the doctor and staff are amazing, when you find a good doctor you stay with him even if you have to wait.

Was transferred to Dr. Waite several months ago. Had third visit yesterday. Very pleased with him as a doctor, has been very thorough explaining anything to me. His staff is also very caring. Wonderful group!

My routine eye exam showed something questionable on the retina. Dr Waite was able to see me within a few days. Very thorough exam, professional and pleasant staff.
