The staff here really does try their best and works very hard, they are just overwhelmed with the volume of prescriptions.....it is very obvious each time I visit anytime during the day. They need more staff and more help from corporate!

I've had no issue with the CVS store itself, however the pharmacy is horrible!! This all started about 7 months ago. Up until then, I was very satisfied. Not sure why the change. Looking to switch.

I came in 5 minutes late not knowing they closed at 6:00 and the pharmacist said she couldn’t help me. I’m sorry, I’ll just tell my sickness to wait till tomorrow because you didn’t want to grab the bag.

Worst pharmacy on the planet! They can't get prescriptions right--filling the ones you have repeatedly told them not to auto fill--not filling ones you ask for--slow, slow service. Even when you tell them it's the wrong prescription, they keep texting you to pick it up. If you call on the phone, you have to go through a long drawn out recording that keeps asking you questions and takes forever to get a human to pick up the phone. The pharmacist told me at 10AM my prescription would be ready before noon. At 5:30PM it still wasn't ready. We've tried to change our home address for 4 years without success. Employees could care less! We're switching!!

Not the best way to start a Friday 10/14/22 8:00am. Stopped in as I do most days, on my way to work. The cashier had to be called to the registers, she came quickly but says, "you know you can use the self check out also, right?" To which I reply, I wasn't sure if it would take my $10 Care pass coupon. She says, "yes it would." I reply, well I don't work here sooo....As I was walking out with the gentleman that was also behind me that used the self check out, he says to me, "some people don't want to use the self check out, she gave you a whole lot of attitude that even I was about to say something! That's not a great way to start the day."The reason I went to the check out is because the last time I tried to use my care pass it would not go through on the self check out and it had to call for the associate assistance anyway which took a lot more time than had I just been checked out by an employee that gets paid to do so. Yes, I realize that is an option, and I realize you have to stop what you are doing to go take care of the register, but do not give attitude because you have to do your job! Be grateful people use the self check out but don't penalize patrons that don't.

This location has gone down the tubes in the Pharmacy Section of the store. Moving all of our business. Staff are rude and condescending. Literally bad mouth you to co-workers while you are on the phone with them so you can hear what they say about you. Literally incompetent un-compassionate and hateful with absolutely no management oversight. They have someone there with a pharmacy licensed but no management to address bad behavior. The monkeys are runny the zoo.

This is a great CVS, I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews? The cashiers are nice and the pharmacist is quick!

Everyone back at the pharmacy acts like there doing you a favor. My insurance will only use CVS. They need to have a corporate rep go in and have a talk with all employees
