I can’t say enough good things about Kim’s Spa & Nails! I recently went in for a gel manicure from Emma (love her she’s amazing!!) After recently suffering from a pretty bad toe injury I didn’t have much hope for a pedicure in my near future but after Kim asked to check it out she had me all fixed up in minutes with no pain and pedicure ready! They always go above and beyond and do incredible work!

We were visiting the area from Jacksonville, FL and I told my husband that I would be willing to make this my new pedicure spot. Lyna was FANTASTIC. I can say without a doubt that she did the best pedicure that I’ve ever had. I have terribly cracked heels and she smoothed them. My husband’s pedicure by Jolie was also amazing. He said it was “perfect.” We will definitely return!

Had a girls spa day here with my best friends and absolutely loved it! Prices are very reasonable and they did an amazing job making you feel comfortable and they really take care of their customers! Dani and Emma were our nail tech’s and they were so friendly, kind and really made you feel welcomed! Our manicures & pedicures turned out so pretty and beautiful! Will definitely be coming back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also, you get one complimentary drink when you get a pedicure done as well! (Water, Orange juice, Mimosa’s or Wine’s).

BOOK WITH TIFFANY!! i was so happy with my gel x set that she did today, she was gentle with my nails, paid so much attention to detail, and had so many great design ideas. she literally read my mind and the nails came out gorgeous. + i’ve been to other salons where i would’ve been charged way more for this set. such a great experience

Horrible service! I’m very considerate of other nationalities but my nail tech couldn’t understand me so I kept having to go through a translator which made my appointment go over 2 hrs when it should have been an easy 1 to 1.5hrs. On top of that they are using false advertisement by advertising one price but then when you get to the desk to pay they charge you another! Watch out they will scam you out of money because once the service is done you have to pay even if you told them not to do a certain process or you go to their website and show what prices they are advertising, then accept those services at those prices but when you go to pay they will get aggressive with you and tell you to pay a higher price. So watch out for those sneaky people! And remember the prices on the pic that I’m sharing aren’t the prices that they will charge you!
Response- My comments were not inaccurate or discriminatory. I was told 2xs in the store that the website I spoke about was in fact a website of yours. I went to the website that popped up when I clicked on your name in my goggle maps. Then I was told a 3rd time over the phone that yes it was your but you don’t pay attention to it anymore. That’s when I responded that you can’t do that bc customers don’t know that you just want to ignore it like it’s not there so you need to delete the website or it’s false advertisement. Secondly, yes those are the prices that you charged me but not the ones I looked at on your website before going to my appointment. So not once was I told the price of the service and I specifically said do not charge me to take off the nails I had left bc if you wanted to charge I could take them off myself and I was then reassured by the nail tech , oh don’t worry don’t worry nothing. His form of English not mine. Then I also stated more than 5 times that I wanted a gradient nail not a ombré nail and I showed the nails plus the name of each nail set I had chosen where it said Gradient Nails! But instead I got an ombré glow in the dark nail set! I was not even informed that the nails were glow in the dark nor did I ever give my consent for it! Third, I do not discriminate against anyone what so ever and are completely offended that you would suggest otherwise! Just bc I say that I had to go through a translator bc my nail tech didn’t speak good English is just a fact! I did not say anything bad about your nationality, gender, sex, or religious belief. And let me be clear I would never especially when a good friend of mine is a nail tech and I have personally stood up for people that I don’t even know when they were being discriminated against and disrespected! So yes you did SCAM ME and no I did not spread misinformation or say any offensive language!
So you need to stop scamming people by illegally doing false advertisement, spreading false information, and misleading your customers!

Kim and everyone that I have had do my nails are wonderful. The service is impeccable and timely and Kim has the best suggestions for my ideas of how I want my nails and they always turnout exactly how I pictured! She’s the best!

First time here and this will be my go to nail salon! Connie did my pedicure and she was great! Kim did my nails and she was great. Everyone was very friendly. Salon was very very clean
