She stopped at 2 places before Tire Kingdom and they would not help her at all. She felt stuck, scared, and confused as to where to turn. “My 2019 Lexus RX 450h check maintenance light came on and wouldn't reset. There is a FIXD diagnostic sensor attached to the car's OBD and it didn't show any codes. So I asked the front desk if someone could check the OBD, since the shop's diagnostics are more thorough than mine. One of the mechanics came out and ran the diagnostics, and told me that the oil change notification was over due. I told the mechanic that the was oil changed about a week earlier, but apparently the service engine light wasn't reset. The mechanic reset the service light and I was good to go! Everyone working there was laid back and very nice. Although they didn't get anything for the diagnosis, they just got a new customer. I will have my oil change there (competitive prices) and anything else that's required for my vehicle.”
“I had a tractor tire that would not hold air. I took the tire to Discount Tire and Richard checked the tire, said it was a bead leak and that it could be fixed easily. The tire was ready before the specified time and when I got there, he did not charge me for the service. Will absolutely go back when I need tires. That sort of kindness in today's economy is appreciated so very much!”
