“I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s and online as long as returns are fairly simple. I am new with the return process bc uli usually shop store. Returning associate was a little abrupt BUT I had a question about sizing and she was so helpful and warmed up! ? And then me too on my experience!! So I continued to shop, found something in their clean and organized store! Checkout person was great! Of course I will go back!

Unfortunately, we had to implement this policy due to people purchasing our more expensive jewelry to wear at events, photo shoots, etc and then attempt to return.
