AMC Fleming Island 12 is a nice theater with a clean environment. The staff is nice and professional, always doing their best to help. The theater has recliner seats and a bar. It is convenient and near several dinner options, with easy parking and short concession lines. Although prices can be steep, Tuesdays offer a more affordable option. The theater could use some renovation, but it remains a great location to see movies on the big screen. Overall, it is a great movie theater location with a lot to offer.

We drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this theatre because it's just a nicer theater. The staff is nice. I don't drink anymore but the bar there is pretty legit from my quick browse. I wish they carried more movie merchandise during prescreeings and opening nights.
