This is hands down the Best Bank in Fleming Island! The friendly service is amazing. They actually know my name when I walk in. Special thanks and recognition must go out to Michelle and Kali. I have had many other banks in my life, but PNC comes out the Best for me. I highly recommend them. Well done!!!!👍

This is a review of PNC mortgage services. This bank SUCKS!!!!! They didn’t send a statement until the day before the payment was due for the first statement when I was unfortunately forced to use them for my mortgage (I had no choice, my mortgage was sold to them). I called and now they send statements out every one to two weeks no matter how many times I call and tell them to send statements like normal banks once a month. They send duplicate statements or sometimes statements months in advance. I wish I could get out from under this awful institution and get a real mortgage servicer but my hands are tied dealing with the idiocracy of this institution. Avoid at all costs…Can’t stand this place!

I love seeing my regulars here at the PNC Fleming Island branch. Byron, Christina, Alejandro are all wonderful. Just the right amount of chit chat with a personal touch. However, today was a bit different, there was a new person I’ve not seen before with long hair. She is came across aggressive and overzealous with prompting you as soon as you clear the door as to why you were there and what needs I had. Why?? This is my bank my people know me.
As an Operations Director, there is is a difference in a friendly greeting versus someone jumping on a customer as soon as they clear the door. I felt like I was at a perfume counter instead of my bank.
The branch has been really great, especially in the last 5ish months. I hope this isn’t a permanent change.

Staff are unprofessional, address me as bud and boss. Perhaps because of my perceived youth. One of the African American staff, the high BMI index one, also never deposited some money I had accidentally left on the counter by the tellers. He called later to notify me, saying he would deposit the money in my account, low and behold, the money never appeared, I'm going to assume he pocketed it. After calling later to discuss this, he said he would give me a call back and low and behold, never did, considering it wasn't an exuberant amount, I let it go. Recently, I needed to order a new debit card and told the initial teller it needed to be sent to a different address than the one on file. This teller pointed me into the money thief's office for the replacement without telling him of the address issue. Low and behold, he submits the new card to the address on file and tells me, after asking where it was sent, that he'd have to do some extra steps to fix it but that it'd be best to just pick it up where it was being sent, essentially not wanting to really fix the issue as it'd cause him more work to do. Unprofessional, condescending, and uncaring is basically what I've dealt with.

The team at Fleming Island really go above and beyond for their clients. I have been banking with them for both business and personal accounts for 5+ years and when any issue pops up they quickly help correct it.

Went in to get help setting up online banking. Got seen quickly by banker Stephen. He was very professional and friendly and walked me through the setup. He made sure I was good to go before I left. Will keep him in mind for my future banking needs. Overall great experience.

All my neighbors should know that the staff at this branch take really good care of my accounts. Anytime I have a question, I get an answer. I even got fees waived from an error on my part!

I was weary to change banks when I moved to Clay County, FL, but those concerns were alleviated once I entered the doors of the Fleming Island PNC. I was greeted with a smile by Christie, the branch manager, and they helped me set-up the accounts I needed. I'm so pleased I chose this bank, the staff are nice and they are conveniently located by Publix & Target.
