“Mr. Rod is a true professional and was able to squeeze me in same day because I spilled a large coffee with honey all over my seat!! I typically keep my car pretty tidy besides the dust that collects from shoes and whatnot. I went with the whole interior clean and I was amazed with the results! My car looks gorgeously shiny and smells so clean. I am overly impressed with the work completed today. I attached before and after photos so you are able to see the result of Mr. Rod and his team’s attention to detail work. Thank you again Mr.Rod!!”

“*** A+ Customer Service from Chris! *** Best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash! I’ve been coming here regularly and have an unlimited monthly membership, and I’ve always had great experiences. Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. They greet you when you arrive and make you feel appreciated as a customer. But today, I had an experience that really stood out, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Chris for going above and beyond. I had a deep scratch on my car that I suspected may have been from someone keying my vehicle. Chris explained that a full wax/detail service would start around $99, but rather than trying to sell me a service I may not have needed, he offered to work on that one spot for free just to see if he could help. He even reassured me not to worry about tipping and explained that the employees genuinely enjoy going above and beyond for their members. I really appreciated that. It showed me that he wasn’t helping me because he expected anything in return, he simply wanted to help. Unfortunately, the scratch didn’t come off, but I still offered Chris a tip because I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me. He respectfully declined and once again told me not to worry about it. What impressed me even more was that Chris didn’t just stop there. He took the extra step of recommending a local car shop that might be able to help me with the scratch. He could have easily said, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” and moved on, but instead he took the time to listen, try to help, and point me in the right direction. That is what exceptional customer service looks like. It’s not always about whether you can fix the problem. It’s about making the customer feel seen, heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Chris did exactly that. Employees like Chris are the reason people become loyal customers and keep coming back. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made an impression on me. Chris is the real MVP! We need more people like Chris in this world. I sincerely hope his employers recognize what a valuable employee they have. People like him are what make a business stand out. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond and for reminding me what great customer service should look like!”

“This is for car enthusiast who wants no micro scratches on paint. Realistically, it will not remove dirt and grime bound in paint. Good idea to have detail spray and microfiber towel to wipe after wash to remove dirt and grime bound to paint/clear coat. However, if you keep car clean regularly then paint and clear coat can last longer with touch-less approach. If you apply ceramic coating then you can’t use tunnel car wash with spinning microfiber towels and it will destroy coating in one wash, touchless is a way to go.”

“I took my new MazdaCX-50 Hybrid for it's inaugural wash in July. I chose the Ceramic Wax option. I was totally thrilled with Gate Car Wash from the employees to the actual wash tunnel. My Mazda was spotless as I went to the vacuum station. Very powerful vacuums! For what I paid, I feel a bargain was had!! Gregory Schriver”

“What else can I say. I gave it five stars, because the necessity of a self-service car wash, is good high pressure, and the soap and chemicals provided along with that. I also look at the quality of the pre-soak. This location? 5 out of 5, would use again”

“My car was seriously trashed from recent hiking and camping trips and the team got me sooooo right. My car looks and smells phenomenal. Went on a Thursday morning and was in and out in less than 25 minutes.”
-
1495 Co Rd 315, Green Cove Springs FL 32043
“WOW! Love this car wash! High quality soaps and products dispensed from the brush and pressure sprayer left my car's paint sparking clean and protected with the clearcoat option. The machines and card reader worked perfectly. It's a little out of the way for me (live in St. John's) but I will definitely return as I prefer washing myself because the last time I went to an automatic car wash (LUV), it broke off a stock piece of trim from the front of my car! Thanks Springs Car Wash for an awesome wash experience!”

“Kristi is one hell of a worker, she puts all the guys to shame with her work ethic. She was even in the lane with almost direct sunlight and still worked non-stop. I will be returning specifically because of her hard work.”
