Run away - their customer service is horrible and they don’t care if you get scammed they will not help you and pass you around… don’t bring your money here if you want any type of protection

The customer service that I received at the branch and or on the phone to the branch has been absolutely terrible. I'm hoping that improves in the future.

I walked in after leaving another Chase location that turned me away and refused to assist me. I was super frazzled. My husband and I got married months ago and I was able to update my last name on every account I have except my accounts with Chase.
My husband is in the military, Chase requires you to change your name in person and we have not had a local Chase Bank, we were finally relocated here, where there are physical Chase Bank locations. Because my name is updated elsewhere, I have bills and orders bouncing due to discrepancies with my name and there's urgency to get my name updated.
So, I walked in very frazzled, upset and disappointed, I really just wanted help with this, I didn't care how long I had to wait. Lindsey at the front was so empathetic, kind and reassuring. She advised I'd have to wait as a walk-in, but that they'd be able to help and I was super relieved. She was very professional. Thank you for not turning me away immediately and for resolving this for me!

This is not a Fleming Island branch issue. The review is initiated at merchant service division.
I am a home inspector and take point of sell payments. Four times this month Chase Bank held up my payments for multiple days. They won't answer any questions. Know nothing and won't talk to me about the money I have earned and why I can't have access to it. Now I will be waiting over the weekend to hear back from them. As small business I cannot afford this. They have no reasoning for the review. Can't tell me what caused it or how to make it not happen again. I will
be forced to change banks. Please small businesses beware. This bank is the worst of the worst.

Update: I had a situation where, my account was almost compromised. The general manager Kyle when he realized the situation after a day, he made it right and was able to assist me to make sure my transaction ran smooth.

The employees here are 100% worthless and don't want to be bothered by your little peasant problems, especially if it's within 1 hour of closing time. They'll make sure to blame you for not making an appointment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I always have good service at this location, however, the help that Jack Shaughnessy was fantastic. He did everything he could to help us with a positive attitude & was able to correct an issue I had created with my account.

Useless band institution. No help with investing, auto buying, home remodel or home purchase. So much more options else where. They can't compete. Prices & rates are worthless. Would love to liquidate & move my money else where.
