Just recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage and was extremely happy with the experience. Paula was fantastic starting with finding the best unit and location in the building to suit my needs. The unit building is impressively clean with bright lights and a bathroom near the elevator on the main level. I appreciate Paula was able to assist me in completing the paperwork. Paula was friendly and helpful during the process. Thank you. I would highly recommend this facility.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of unit sizes available. I appreciated the clear explanations regarding security features and access hours. In less than 10 minutes, I had my unit assigned, a key in hand, and was ready to move my belongings in.

BEWARE!!!
Initially left a 5 star review upon getting my unit and raved about the price and how easy they made it.
This place has a wildly unethical way of doing business. Each month they increase your rate so significantly where it went from 168 for my unit all the way up to 257 in less than 6 months and you aren’t made aware of this at all. I had it on autopay and they were just basically stealing my money. When I brought this to their attention and said I was leaving they stated they could reinstate my initial price after months of just charging as much as possible more each month without me noticing. Be aware that they jack up your price while you have your stuff inside their units and don’t tell you

One of the cheapest rates if not the cheapest in the Jax area. Their storage facilities are very clean and accommodating. Most of all their customer service is second to none. Michelle at the Fleming Island location has been and continues to be very attentive and helpful in making the process smooth and easy! Thank you Michelle!

This storage facility is so clean and secure! Michelle and the staff place a lot of pride in keeping the place nice and it’s ready whenever you are. Michelle is professional and knowledgeable and has been responsive, above beyond every time we have needed assistance. It’s important to know our valuable items are in a facility that conducts themselves in a way that is are secure and you also feel valued as a customer.
