Fire the individual answering the phone by the name of Samantha (or similar name). The level of incompetence is beyond belief. Very rude, and sounds extremely disinterested in her job.

My daughter is a patient here. The last three visits she was seen by Underkofler (PA) My daughter is 21 and overweight. Underkofler mentioned 3 different time how badly my daughter needed to lose weight. My daughter was made to feel embarrassed. The next time she went to see Underkofler for a referral for a Brest augmentation the first thing Underkofler said to her was that there will be a lot of scarring. The first dr my daughter visited in Tallahassee ( she is a student there) about the augmentation was so enthusiastic and encouraged my daughter to go forward with the surgery for the sake of her health and weight. Underkofler’s bedside manner left a lot to be desired. So so very disappointed in the Fleming Island office. Little did Underkofler know my daughter has seen me all of her life and yes I had an augmentation done. The scarring could not hold a candle to the confidence I gained not having such big Brest to carry around. I think she has lost touch with the realities of everyday people. She desperately needs reminders of why she chose this profession. Underkofler has been around the block a few times, she’s no spring chicken!!! She should really know better

Dr. Mueller is a wonderful doctor, she's fantastic. However, the office staff is awful, they have zero sympathy, terrible communication skills, incredibly rude and do not belong in this field. I was there for a morning appointment, checked in, waited over 45 minutes and then asked how much longer. The staff rolled their eyes, said that she's over an hour and half behind under their breath and then said "did you hear that" with an attitude. I informed them I had other appointments I couldn't miss, after that they were increasingly rude and said that them not informing me of the wait when I checked in wasn't their problem, and they didn't care. It was completely unprofessional and not the first time this has happened. The front staff needs to either he retrained or fired at this point.
