I just called to get my prescription filled out they got mad i was using another pharmacy the lady yelled at me & said i had to get 3 more prescriptions if I wanted my ONLY ONE prescription this is not professional at all and i’m in so much pain.

This lady is extremely rude and screamed at me on the phone and after screaming at me and saying she'd help me she hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never use a place like this because their customer service is AWFUL!!

Best pharmacy in Fleming Island by far! Personal touch that makes you feel like a family member is feeling your prescription. Most professional and friendly staff around!!! They don't feel your medication if you don't need them like most all other pharmacies do. That is the reason I switched to Fleming Island Pharmacy, and I'm sure glad I did. Switch today and be happy!!!!!

Horrible!! The lady who works there or owns it or whatever, is SO rude!! I had a prescription sent over and she made it as hard as it possibly could be, meanwhile being as rude as possible. Then refused to let me use my insurance and tried to charge me $360 for a script that's never been over $12 any other time in my life. Such a scam! I walked out and refused to pay .. I would never use this pharmacy or do any business with this woman. Terrible lady, terrible business, terrible person in general. 0/5 stars. Lady should leave the city of Fleming. Seems she's rude to everyone.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since May 2018, almost 5 years. I have NEVER experienced such a RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL person ever in my life. She used to be nice, helpful and calm. In the last 2 months she has yelled and screamed at not only me but my 2 sisters and my autistic daughter. She never calls when your meds are ready but watch out calling to check the status, she will let you know, in no uncertain terms to STOP CALLING. I don't know this person anymore and I cannot handle the stress and the worry every time my meds are due. Also, if you'd like a pharmacy with good hours, Fleming Island Pharmacy is not your place. She has arrived late or not at all without notice and she slips out early. Im done. I cannot handle the aggravation anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy.

My doctor sent in my prescriptions and when I called two weeks later to see if they were ready the pharmacist was extremely rude. She begin questioning me about why I was having it filled and said she can’t fill them because she can’t lose her license and she had a family to feed. I was completely shocked and asked her to please explain what she needed from me to have it filled. She told me to have my doctor call her. The drs office called the pharmacy with me on the line. When the dr explained, the pharmacist hung up on her!We called back and the pharmacist began getting upset again and asked for the drs license with today’s date on it. For context my doctor is listed on many verified sites and works for a large scale medical organization. The dr said she would not provide todays date because the only thing the pharmacist was allowed to ask for was a valid license, which she was happy to provide. The pharmacist began yelling and saying very nasty things and when the dr asked her to be professional she hung up on us again! When we called back, she immediately put us on hold without picking up the phone. I was in tears after this. I completely understand the importance of compliance and the dangers of substance abuse but in my case this is a life altering medicine that I cannot function without. For someone to hold their control and power over my head and imply things even with my doctor calling to square things out, it just felt awful.
