This is the worst dentist for customer service. Jennifer is the rudest, most difficult person when calling this office. When you call nobody ever answers and when they do they get an attitude that you called. My daughters appointment has had to be rescheduled 6 times because Jennifer says they refuse to see my daughter unless her parents are with her. My daughter is 18. Her sister who is 26 brought her in 3 times and every time Jennifer refused to let them see the dentist because she didn't have an adult. So an 18 year old can't see a dentist without a parent. This woman is so rude and nasty. Why does a company put someone with zero customer service experience who clearly has no idea what their doing in a position dealing with customers? Shame on you great expressions. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau as well. There is no excuse to treat people poorly and lie just because you hate your job. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. If the dentist are as bad as the front desk I wouldn't take my dog here.

They never answer the phone. If you have an emergency you should go somewhere else. When the dentist does see you several weeks later she looks (doesn't do anything)and schedules you another appointment weeks later

I love my hygienist Vanessa she's kind and caring and thinks of everything! And I love Dr Miranda Wright, She too was kind and caring and patient and very smart and competent. I have been going there for a few years and I'm very satisfied with everything.

They won't answer the phone if you need to reschedule. Receptionists are talking about how sexy people are while kids are sitting in the lobby.On my son, they never rinsed his mouth after the fluoride treatment and I didn't realize that until the drive home and he's spitting out white stuff.Unprofessional all the way around.

I've been a patient of Great Expressions for 13 years at 2 different locations, Fleming Island & Pembroke Pines. Aron, the Dental Hygienist gave me the best and most detailed full mouth debridement I've ever got. And Dr. Wright is considered & honest, she's been kind enough to see me a few times when I've had issues. I bring my daughter here as well & she too is a happy patient. For the past 7 1/2 years that I've been coming here I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

This one star review is for the receptionist name Nathan terrible I drove an hr to take my mother to be seen this morning for dental work who is disabled drove all this way for the facility to tell me and my mother they don’t except her insurance the ladies wasn’t pleasant specially the African American lady wasn’t pleasant at all I wouldn’t recommend not even a fur animal to this facility I filed a complaint through her insurance mr nathan the staff claim he was on lunch but I felt like he owes me for gas you can’t have people driving out they way like that just to be told they can’t be seen I hope karma visits him soon! He needs to be fired and so does the entire staff!

Wait times are nuts. Multiple occasions waited almost an hour for a scheduled appt time. Another patient waiting today waited 2 hours for her appt time. No apologizes, no explanations. When mentioned we had waited almost an hour, the hygienist responded she doesn’t even look at the time. For the orthodontics side, I watched the tech sitting without a patient for an extended time period, then slowly got up to get my daughter for her appt 35 minutes after the scheduled time. Also no apology or explanation.Calls go unanswered. Voicemails go unreturned. They’ve canceled my appt before because I was on a plane and didn’t get their call to confirm the appt. No 2nd attempts or texts to confirm. Just canceled on me. Found out when I showed up for my scheduled spot.Billing gets screwed up and they will add excess charges, so review your bill carefully. Once my daughter’s braces are complete, I will not be returning here.Front desk staff is friendly. But they need more staff and better time management.

Staff is always friendly. Clean office. The wait today was long but abnormally. Had to scheduled follow-ups that fit in to a reduced schedule and that's much appreciated.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 is because the dentist was good with my son but the rest of the experience has been a nightmare! They NEVER answer the phone! You will literally sit on hold forever before anyone answers. They were supposed to fax over a referral to my sons insurance so he could get scheduled with the surgeon. Never did! Two days later of calling nonstop and still have not been able to reach anyone to get them to do their job! Already been sitting on hold currently for 24 mins and still no one is answering! This is ridiculous. We will not be going back to this dentist again.*Update...sat on hold for 2 HOURS and finally drove up to the office to see only 2 customers and one employee in the office. I showed the gentleman my phone how long I had been on hold. He was surprised and said nothing was showing on his end!! He immediately sent my referral over and it was confirmed by the insurance company. He was nice and professional and seemed to understand my frustration. I believe his name was Nate. Thank goodness he took care of my dilemma.

The worst dentist office! I have been rescheduled 3 times this year for all of my family members including my children. Have not had a cleaning all year for any of us because of being rescheduled. I called 2 days prior to appointments to confirm who the appointments were for and was told confirmed and appointments were at 4pm. Got a call the next day to reschedule the day prior to appointments and that I had no choice because of the doctors schedule. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Appointments were made months ago and requested time off for appointments. place is awful. Moving to a different location and I am very thankful for Jenny. She is an outstanding employee.

We have been going here for almost ten years. I love Dr. Kuhl! He was always amazing with my kids and my son shares a birthday with him. I have been trying to get an appointment for months! I have called multiple times and left many voice-mails that have all been unreturned. I don't think we will be returning.

Never picks up the phone,changes appointments without notifying you, never return phone calls. I live over 45 minutes away. It was really an inconvenience to show up with your 2 young kids. And to have the appointment canceled without you knowing plus they cancel and make The new appointment 6 months later and claim. They can't get your kids even though they canceled on you.

Have 2 kids who need to be seen! Had to wait 4 months for there appointment , showed up 3 MINS late and tried calling multiple multiple times to let them know just to be told when we got there “they don’t play about there scheduled times” & “it doesn’t matter if you call they don’t care” & that they couldn’t see my kids today.WAIST OF TIME AND GAS!!!!!! WAITED FOUR MONTHS!!!! Nobody picks up a the phone. Front desk was rude and clearly was giggling knowing how upset they were about to make me. What a joke!!!!!! My kids are 3 & 4 , their appointment is just as important as any other client in there. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Unbelievable
