Initially, my experience was a bit confusing regarding pricing. I found the rate quoted by the front desk to be reasonable at first that is why I went there; however, the facialist communicated a different price when l ask her. So after the service, the price quite a jump way I was told. So I would appreciate a clearer, upfront pricing structure so that customers can have a better understanding of the total cost of their services from the beginning. The staff members were very courteous, but I believe transparency about pricing would enhance the overall experience. That’s my feedback regarding my visit to HotStone!!

I have never been so disgusted with somewhere in my life. They called me two days ago stating that They messed up on the scheduling and asked me to move by 30 minute increments unfortunately I was already going to be pressed for time and was unable to do that. Unfortunately, today I had to go to an emergency OB/GYN appointment when I called to reschedule. They informed me that would not be an option because they already rescheduled me. So I'm trying to figure out why I am being punished for them messing up their schedule. I began to get frustrated on the phone whenever I ask for Corprate's phone number I was hung up on. I've called back several times without an answer.

My services were exceptionally professional, beneficial and performed in a timely manner. Taylor, my service provider, practiced a high degree of professionalism and administered the appropriate amount of care necessary to alleviate my pain and discomfort. I was blessed to have Taylor as my specialist. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: After reading my Google review, the upper management reached out to me and offered an apology and a credit for a massage/facial. Again the therapist and aesthetician were both amazing. I appreciate that they reached out to me to correct the situation.
I will no longer be using Hand and Stone Massage and Facial. Nothing against their therapist or anesthetician, it’s the management. I verified my gift card BEFOE booking my appointments for a massage and facial. Somehow my facial credit was removed when paying for my service. After speaking with manager, I was offered a credit for aromatherapy not for the facial that was supposed to be on the card. That’s $100 difference that they would not honor.
Poor customer service for sure.

I took the bait and joined their membership and every appt scheduled for the last couple months since I joined has been canceled. This has been the worst experience. I drove all the way to their office last month and was there on time for them to call me before getting out of my truck and canceled. Yesterday canceled. We get penalized for being late, canceling or no show, but rhe already paid customer gets what for multiple cancelations? Fair is fair, no matter how you spin it. Our real life circumstances don't matter, you still cut our time for being late and still charge full price! I'm so sick of this place!

Terrible management and customer service. They were better when I began a membership with them a few years back. I’m not sure if they are under new management but they have gone down hill. I would NOT Recommend.(Update 3/26/24) I unfortunately do not have the ability to respond to the below message. I have already attempted to contact the number below and the manager would not speak with me. She (Brittney) had the front desk screen her calls, and I was informed she was in a meeting. I have yet to receive a return call. They were hesitant to even reveal her name, which is odd for any establishment. This leads me to believe there are frequent complaints under this management which wouldn’t surprise me. I have been a member for a few years and I’ve never had any complications until now. I have never encountered Such Unprofessionalism. I appreciate the below suggestion. unfortunately, the person paying for a service to have the below responses sent, and the person providing said responses care more about reputation and customer service than the staff they employ do.

I received a gift card from my daughter who recommended Ashley who did an amazing job on my facial. I could not be more pleased with the great friendly serviced professionalism & expertise. I highly recommend Hand and Stone Fleming island to all looking for facials or a massage
