We had a scheduled appt with Tammy, but when we got there it was changed. We were nervous about that, but then they had us work with a WONDERFUL man named Sebastian Oyegun! He was very knowledgeable. Sadly though, H&R Block is getting much too expensive! Prices are getting way out of hand for simple returns!

I’d love to finish my amendment as soon as possible but I need to wait 3 weeks to get replies, very anxious with this process.
Only when my case was handled by Tamara it all solved, she made us feel settled. I should've gone to Tamara from the beginning.
It took really a while and we needed to pay such an amount of late interest fee, which I wish the first tax pro who took this case could pay.

Little disappointed. I made an appointment so I didn't have to wait in the lobby and so I wouldn't be late picking my son up from school. Sadly they had a walk-in right before I came in for my appointment and now I must wait. Doesn't seem right.

I highly recommend H&R Block. Their smart, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honestly loving. They have been such a blessing and I would go no where else! My tax pro is the best! Thanks Luda Argent from Fleming Island Fl . We will always come as long as you are there!

This is one of the worst organizations that I have ever dealt with. We visited them in May to get a 2nd opinion on our tax filing. We left all of our paperwork and were told we would be contacted by one of their staff, who specialized in the area we needed assistance with. We waited over a month without ever being contacted. I suppose we shouldn't have been surprised since the initial person we spoke with warned us that this particular staff member was prone to getting sidetracked and wasn't the best at following up or communicating. We tried reaching out to both the initial person we spoke to and the staff member assigned our case. Both were unresponsive. Reaching them was excruciatingly difficult. They wouldn't return phone calls and missed scheduled telephone call appointments. It was terrible because they had all our paperwork and we couldn't get them to communicate with us, much less help us. On the rare occasion when we could reach someone, we were told that attempts had been made to contact us. However, we never received a call, saw any missed calls, or received any voicemails. Both my wife and I have voicemail. Neither of us ever received a message. Not once. It is now mid-July and we are still in limbo. I finally had to resort to contacting the H&R Block Instagram account to reach anyone that could assist us. And that was also a disaster. We scheduled a telephone appointment with them yet they never set it up. And I was told that they didn't set it up because I couldn't tell then which office their employee worked out of, even though I gave them the person's name. We finally were able to make contact via email and asked how we could get our paperwork back. We are picking up our paperwork and severing any dealings with H&R Block without ever receiving any feedback or assistance. It was a complete waste of time and highly frustrating. They quite clearly have very little regard for customer service or for providing professional services.
