Very smooth process of seeing units available and reserving what is needed. Roberta’s customer service made it very simple to reserve a unit. She walked me thru the whole facility showing me various units and was prepared to answer questions on the spot about availability and pricing.

Unfortunately, I had a family emergency that resulted in a death and had family coming into town and needed to get rid of stuff to make room in the house. I was very emotional at the time and Roberta and Shaun were so caring, compassionate, and accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend ExtraSpace Storage in Fleming Island on East West Parkway,. I hear they have openings right now, so if you’re in need of storage, this is The place to go!
