If you need a CPA, stop right there. This is the guy! Great guy, great CPA. Very kind and patient. I dont ever feel rushed talking to him. He followed up with me frequently and is very helpful and professional. I will go to him for the years to follow and will recommend my family and friends to him, as I do to you.

This was my first year in 25+ that I didn't own a S-Corp and was looking forward to finding someone local. I assumed that I would try a few out, the next couple of years and hopefully be lucky enough to find a company that was servicable. For once, I will be able to skip over all of that extra due diligence because I found the right person on the very first try. That NEVER happens, especially for me. Michael Waroff is, by far, the best CPA/Accountant that I have worked with after dealing with multiple contacts at a specific company. He understands the questions that come from my business dealings and easily integrates them with my general questions that I know face routinely. He is extremely knowledgable regarding every rule / tax implication, etc. that comes from the always change Covid regulations. Happily, I have stopped worrying if we are taking full advantage of any Covid-Relief tax implication, David is not only on top of it but always emails you how it will affect your situation before you knew it existed. For what I paid in "accounting fees" for the business, I never felt as comfortable as I do now. Regardless of whether I owed or was receiving a refund, he was my new accountant. I did owe when I first got there, but that turned into a nice refund after a few days of Micheal going through our situation. He is definitely worth the chance!Thank you!Rob

I found Mr. Waroff through Google. I had never hired a CPA before so I did not know what to expect. However, he was friendly and explained the whole process to me. His prices were reasonable and he turned around my taxes rather quickly. Not only that, he provided me with advice for the future and asked that I contact him for advice should my situation change. I would recommend him to any friends and family for sure! I will also be seeking out his services for 2020 and 2021.

I found Mr. Waroff through Google. I had never hired a CPA before so I did not know what to expect. However, he was friendly and explained the whole process to me. My husband and I were in need of a local accountant and were referred to Mr. Waroff by a close friend. Mr. Waroff has excellent communication skills and is readily available by phone or email. He responds promptly and takes his time in answering all of your questions. Mr. Waroff provides quality service with integrity and fair pricing. He was able to help us navigate through the adoption credit when we adopted our son and helped our daughter who lives in Colorado file state taxes for the first time. Mr. Waroff also took the time to answer some of our questions (well past tax season) when we received an unexpected letter from the IRS. Mr. Waroff is knowledgeable and explains things in a clear manner. We have used him for two years and plan to continue using his accounting services.
