Jerico was extremely helpful when we were looking at purchasing a double stroller for our family. He happily answered any/all questions and demonstrated how the stroller worked. The store was clean, organized and they offered a wide variety of clothing/toys that was reasonably priced and in great condition. Would highly recommend to anyone starting/growing their family or anyone who knows someone else that has littles! We are thoroughly enjoying our new stroller and definitely will be back to visit again soon!

Extremely clean and well kept inventory. The staff was absolutely amazing and caring, truly a great experience. Now for the pricing, the prices was outrageously low, especially for the fact every was like new condition.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Started off with the owner letting the door shut on my son and I when we were RIGHT BEHIND HER. Not a single employee greeted or offered to help. Which is fine, but I asked how they were doing and they just stared at us. We then price checked a few items, this store's a scam. The prices are $2-$5 within RETAIL VALUE. Once upon a child is the place to go if you're looking for REAL VALUE.

Great place and people. The selection is well organized, and the sell/trade in process is much faster that what I was used to. Everyone is super friendly every time we visit.

I shopped this place when it was on east west parkway, the items were priced to sell, I got some awesome deals. Since they moved to their new location in the Publix shopping center their prices soared. Today I went there with my daughter and they were not friendly as they usually are , I won't be going there anymore , I can do much better at once upon a child and goodwill . Don't waste your time going here unless you want to be held up, you'll feel like you are being robbed....

Absolutely love this place. Im a mom of 4 and I never go home empty handed. I feel like im a kid in a toystore with all the treasures that they sell. Super friendly staff and great prices. I love that everything is clean and in very good condition. I definely recommend them!!!!

Came here to trade out some items for my kiddo. Was told they do not do sales after four (website says 5). They made an excuse about how their customers follow them on Facebook and know that. This was my first experience and honestly my last, left a bad taste in my mouth. I was trying to support a small business. I drove 45 minutes after loading everything into my car and it wasn’t worth it. Disappointed perfectly sums up my experience.

Honestly, extremely disappointed with this place. The items for sale were very high priced, the quality of shoes and clothes was below average in my opinion. A shirt I looked at was very faded/vinyl ripped and it was priced $5. I saw shoes for $10 with gum stuck to the bottom, not very appealing! They write in their policy to not bring certain brands like Garanimals but yet it’s on their racks. Just a little confusing. Lastly, the owner literally told me “it was a waste of her time to go through my items”. I thought it was pretty harsh for customer service, I wouldn’t waste the trip for this place or the energy in the shop.

My new favorite resale place. I've been a shopper/seller here for going on a year now. I love the ladies who run the place. Always kind and helpful. Place is always full of options, clean, and tidy. They have a huge selection of maternity wear and that is extremely hard to find.
