I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Allie was amazing. Everyone there was so nice. She took her time with my manicure and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I rarely get my nails done but that experience made me want to get them done regularly! Thanks again!

me and my 2 cousins went in for a full set of acrylic nails. nails are super uneven and the guy didn't even try on the design i asked for, they don't know how to communicate. didn't ask what shape we wanted or how long we wanted our nails. do not come here for acrylics. i can't say for all services but they didn't listen to what we wanted with our nails. the girl kept messing up one of my cousins nails and had her re do them but she is still not happy with them. will NOT be coming back, we came here for a girls day to relax NOT worry about if they were going to mess up but that was not the case. spend your hard earned money somewhere better and somewhere that actually cares. thanks.

I am a customer who is served by the girls who speak Spanish. I have gone on several occasions and I can see that one of the ladies, I don't know if she is the manager, is always complaining to the girls who serve me about their work. It seems unprofessional to me on the part of the lady. The girls do a good job and it seems to me that if she has something to say to them, she waits for the customers to leave and then tells them her point of view, but it is constant that I go and she does the same thing and in a loud voice.

I came with friends to get our toes done before our cruise. The customer service was so good! The pedicure was so so so good! I got the #4 which includes a hot stone massage and paraffin wax. My feet feel so pampered. The massage was perfect. I will definitely come back when I’m in town again!

AMAZING staff. They are not only talented and do great nails, they treat you like family. Very family oriented. I have a toddler and I had no choice but to bring him in while getting my nails finished. They were able to get me right in, and helped with entertaining him and making sure we both were good. I always been a regular customer here but they wowed me and I’m forever grateful for their help and care! Highly recommend!

First time with this Salon. Gel nail polish on Monday and chipping by Wednesday and half polish gone by Friday. They used a small desk fan which didn't cure the nail polish. I'm not new to gel but this was the worst manicure I have ever had.

I absolutely love coming to NY Nails! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and truly heard when it comes to your needs. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this salon goes above and beyond. The entire place is spotless, including the restrooms, which are always fresh and odor-free. I’ve also noticed that the workers keep their stations immaculate and sanitize thoroughly after every client.
On top of that, my nails are always on point, exactly what I want every time! The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every visit has been nothing short of amazing, and I always leave feeling satisfied and cared for. Highly recommend NY Nails!

We had an appointment at 6pm today. We get there, wait like 25 min to be told they are short staffed and only two people there do acrylic nails but one was almost done. Meanwhile they close at 7! We go to the chair thinking we would be serviced but nope wrong again. Sat for another 30 min! There were 4 employees mind you but they did have clients. So by the time my daughter got her full set done (short and all white) it was 8:50pm!!! Almost 3 hours at a nail salon with an appointment!! Sorry never again.
