Very disappointed.
You got a 17-year-old worker sitting down at a self.Checkout, but then you gotta older cashier.That obviously is having problems standing on her feet.Then I complain to the manager and he oh, she just had surgery.She shouldn't be working if she just had surgery. Perception also affects employee morale.

I buy a container of popcorn chicken and get half of it filled with the bottom scrapings?? My daughter had a whole maybe 10-15 pieces of popcorn chicken thanks to the worker that made this atrocity. Literally over half the container was this mess.

We love our local Publix! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My little one absolutely lives for her free cookie at the bakery, it’s the highlight of every trip! She also insists on riding in the car buggies, which make shopping so much easier and more fun. It’s the little things that make this place feel extra welcoming
