I’m always nervous getting my hair cut by a new stylist. We moved here and I delayed getting a cut/color for some time. After researching and looking at reviews decided to go with Artist Group Salon. I was able to get an appointment with Brooke. She did a fabulous job! If you have Instagram she also showcases her work there too.

I could just tell from the beginning of our conversation through text Taylor was going to be the perfect stylist for me. I got there Saturday morning and was greeted with nothing but smiles. I really appreciated the amount of time and effort she put into doing my hair. Not to mention there wasn't a single time where there was an awkward silence. We just talked and talked and talked like we were old friends catching up. I left her chair absolutely in love with my new look. Exactly what I wanted. This hair salon is extremely unprofessional. Take the time to find somewhere else to get your hair done. If there is something you are not happy with, they will give you attitude and they do not cooperate with you. I am not someone who leaves reviews but they deserve this so I can give everyone a warning. Jacksonville has a lot of amazing salons and I would not give this one a chance. I have been to amazing hair salons and this is not one of them.UPDATE: they are also so rude and their replies are so unprofessional. They stalked my reviews saying they are fake when they literally aren’t.. so strange of them. Good luck to y’all who go hereServices: Hairstyling

the most unprofessional customer service i've ever seen.Co-owner Jenna ; claiming to be the manager,treats the clients in complete disgust. Refuses to give refunds. She talks back to the clients in a disgusting tone/ attitude and blames the clients are not educated enough what they "should be" asking for instead. Unprofessional behavior for a "manager".Taylor the stylist was completely unprofessional and claimed clients are "uneducated", as reference photos given prior to appointment weren't enough to prove the job wasn't done properly. After terrible service and was not given what asked for, even after reference photos, they refused to fix the hair to satisfy the costumer.If i could rate 0 stars i would. Absolutely disgusting behavior and certification among these stylists should be reconsidered.

This place is absolutely disrespectful and I would not recommend coming here at all!! They will gaslight you and make you feel that you are completely in the wrong when they are in the wrong!! If you come out unhappy with your results don’t expect them to care! So rude and disrespectful a 0 is more fitting for this salon.

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i paid for a full head & this is what i received. not only that, but the blonde was left untoned & orange. when i tried to address the situation in a polite manner, i was shut down and told that my pictures could be edited and the mistakes could not be seen. the owners were rude & unprofessional & refused to fix my hair. i had to fight just to get half a refund. i do not recommend this place. i am incredibly disappointed.

Updated review.. My experience was amazing, then went bad with Miranda. I had been seeing her many many times, then out of nowhere she just stopped taking appointments for me and never told me why... I had literally no clue why... I was baffled. She blocked my number, and I was really hurt why a professional I've been going to many times did that not even telling me WHY!?!? The sad part was I was always pleased with her as a stylist, and I always loved my hair. I call the salon and couldn't get to speak to her about an appointment that way. I was just blown away...I have no idea if she still works there now. Hope others have better experiences.

I saw Alex with the desire to go red and cut my hair and I was happy with both. She was professional and very nice. She met me for a consult before hand to make sure she new what I wanted and it turned out just as planned if not better. I will definitely be going back in the future.Services: Hair coloring

I am fairly new to the area so I spent alot of time reading reviews before choosing a new hair salon. I narrowed it down to two salons and chose to call The Artist Group Salon first and request Marina. I LUCKED out!! I caught an appointment the next day due to a cancellation she had. We texted back and forth and discussed what I have and what I was looking for. Marina was all that her reviews said about her and more! I have my forever hair person now! She did a super job on my hair color, my hair style, and talked to me all the way through to make sure I was comfortable with what she suggested. I loved her personality as much as I loved her talent, and I feel that is equally as important!Services: Highlights
