I was on my way to take my daughter to school when I noticed I had a tire going flat w/a screw imbedded in it. Your store was nearby. Ryan was very helpful & provided fast excellent service repairing my tire. I was still able to make it to my daughter’s school & she was able to take her exam. Thanks guys!

In this place, they refuse to do in service. I have a broken tire. they associate said I need to buy a new tire. Bad customer service.

I have used Tires plus for years and find that I get a great value for the services rendered. The manager, Robert is always helpful and personable. I always feel that I am being treated fairly and honestly.

The staff is great. Several times now I have come in with battery issues or a strange sound and even if it might have been something I should have handled, they send me off fixed and no charge. I take my car there for everything. I have no issue with price or service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have handled it all. I don't always remember to say thank you, didn't today, and this is me saying thank you.

I made an appointment online for 5:30, they confirmed it without telling me they changed the time to 5:00. When I got there they said they would have called if it needed to be changed (they never called me). They also said they can’t do it since they close at 6 (website says they close at 7). Pretty sure they just didn’t want to do it at the end of the day.

I have given this store probably at least a couple of thousand $$ worth of business over the years. Today, I took 2 wheels (with old tires on them) and 2 brand new tires (with stickers still on them) to Tires Plus to have the new ones mounted and balanced. They refused the work because I didn't buy my tires from them. What retail company refuses $$$? They have lost my business for life. Mavis was more than happy to do the work and they did it in record time...

Great customer service!! I originally called discount tire down the street and had a not so pleasant phone experience. Then I took a deep breathe and called Tires Plus. Where I had best service on the phone and when I got there it was even better. Good service is hard to find, but not at TiresPlus in Flemming Island!! Thanks Autumn, I’ll be back as soon as the tread wears off these bad boys!

Bad customer service, will do things to your car to make you come back. Went in for tires told me I need breaks and rotors. Got mad because I wouldn't pay 1700. For them. 3 minutes after leaving check engine light came on had 4 codes to do with breaks and about 15 minutes later had a hose pop off the . After looking at it the clamp was loosen off and hose just pop off. All happen 15 minute's after picking it up

I scheduled an oil change service, online, two days in advance. My appointment was at 8:00am and I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. It took Tires Plus 2 1/4 hours to complete an oil change. Because I made my appointment two days early, didn’t mean anything to Tires Plus. I was put at the back of the line of everyone that showed up that morning to schedule service. Tires Plus needs to look at their current scheduling online to in store, to ensure they are not putting customers that just showed up to have their car serviced, day of, over a customer that scheduled two days in advance. Why have online service scheduling if Tire Plus is NOT willing to honor their commitment?Service: Oil change

I just called at 6:30 with a question about a nail in my tire - repair. I asked, "do they do this?" the guy said "depends on where on the tire" ( understandably). I said "yes, it's on the center", I said "I guess i can't come in now?" He said "actually we are closed now" ( on line says their open until 7). I said "ok, and tomorrow?" Here's where he said , it depends again. "It depends on when I come in, it depends, how many people also walk in, it depends on this, it depends on that, etc.etc.etc" So I said, "so can I schedule to come in?" He says after all this, "I can schedule you for Wed". Wednesday for a nail/ tire repair!?!?!? Wow. Am I so behind the times that it takes two days to get in for a nail in my tire. Guess they are doing great in sales since they treated me with such disregard.

Sensor light said low tire pressure. Turns out a nail puncture, slow leak. ?? Ryan went out of his way to explain what coverage I had with road hazard. Great communication and super nice people.Service: Tires
