Initially, I gave grace to the chatty crew when they were consumed with their non-work related conversation when I entered the store & wasn't greeted. But a split moment after I entered another patron entered and everyone paused long enough to greet their entrance. Such a shame. Last time will be here. I'll go the extra 5 miles to the next closest UPS store & surely receive the respect from their staff.
Train your staff to perform as your company requires.

The people who work there have a bad expression and are rude, they don't say please or thank you. They don't want to do their job.

Everyone in here is so wonderful. I just received the best service from LORI. She was so awesome helping me with a project and taking care of notarizing a document. She was also very kind and helpful.

Although I live in Lake Asbury and the Middleburg UPS store is closest to me. I have found myself using the Fleming Island store more frequently because it is on my way home from work. This afternoon I was dropping off a package and saw something truly amazing. It was a delight to also see the amazement of the other customers in the store at the time. A young military mom dressed in her fatigues came in right before me with her two young boys. The mom was off to the side at one of the little package Preparing her package. The boys were not being bad, but they were full of energy. An employee by the name of Chris saw this and quickly took action to keep the boys occupied so that the mother could tend to her business. He asked the boys if they would like to take part in a scavenger hunt With the permission of their mother. He proceeded to explain to them, the rules of finding some objects on a section of the wall. The boys were so excited to have something fun to do, and it kept them from being being a distraction to their mother and possibly an annoyance to visitors inside the store. It was truly amazing to see and I applaud Chris and the Fleming Island UPS store for making it feel like a family Friendly environment. Also kudos to the military mom who didn’t have her kids faces stuck in electronics. It was nice for once to see kids actually being free of any devices, even for only a few moments. I will continue to come back to the store. All of my other experiences have been good but today truly put a smile on my face..

One of the guys front of the cashier, he is so rude and unprofessional treated the customers. Hopefully management should revaluated this employee.

I can’t say enough good things about the UPS Store Fleming Island! The entire team is friendly, professional, and always quick to help - but I especially want to give a huge shout out to Jorge. He consistently goes above and beyond on all of my printing projects. His attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to make sure everything is just right truly sets him apart. Thank you, Jorge for always making my print jobs. Look amazing and stress-free! Highly recommend this location for all shipping and printing needs.

This is the worst UPS store in Florida. I ruined all of the employees day because I had to return a product that needed two labels. The long haired guy told me to go home. The middle aged guy told me he wasn’t an Amazon employee like 12 times. Someone was in the back cursing at another item someone else dropped off that was too big for the boxes they had. It was a crazy experience. They made me pay $3 to print a return label. I didn’t leave until got my package shipped back to Amazon lol. I hate it here.
6/19/25: out of the entire review the stores response was about $3 printing fees “adding up” 😂 no wonder this store is trash. Unfortunately I have to come here when I need to return something but I’m not happy about it. I’m glad UPS lost Amazon contracts. I hope you lose them all eventually.

I'll give em 3 stars.... went there once and one of the ladies (blonde manager) was rude, had an attitude so I left and drove to the UPS on blanding. Haven't been back since. It's convenient to go to if you live in Fleming but don't have time for rude employees.

The attention to the customer, as soon as I walked in the door. I had several ISP routers from Comcast and ATT. I felt terrible putting all of that on them at one time. Explained our company downsizing and losing so many employees. They cared about my company and reciprocated that as they checked in the equipment. Great teamwork, the whole staff got involved to complete the task to work with the next customer. I never felt rushed, just very well taken care of.
