“I have been with Suntrust over 18 years! The same staff continues to work at this branch since the change to Truist. My 2 only COMPLAINTS are: 1..stop asking me for my ID..You see me come out of the mgrs office to do a transaction at the counter and you still ask for my ID. I come in often & you should by now greet me by my name! 2..ATM area is dirty. Clean it up. GOOD: Truist keeps you informed of transactions. Staff at this branch are friendly & the mgr man (account specialist) in the 2nd office to the right from the front entrance is a Peach! He is fantastic!”
