“I called for a same day delivery to the hospital which they were able to do. The store immediately contacted me as there was an issue where flowers couldn't be delivered due to my loved one's ward (ICU) due to hospital policy. Little Flower Shop gave me lots of options for how to proceed, were very informative, and pleasant to work with. I appreciate how quickly they contacted me and how flexible they were to make sure I was satisfied. I will absolutely use their services again when my loved one is back home.”
