Today, 12/7/2024 at approximately 4:15 pm, I go to this store with the receipt and with the purpose of exchanging a gasoline pump in poor condition that I had purchased at that same store at the time and a new one was installed. lifetime warranty. and I would like to convey my BAD EXPERIENCE And this is the point, to my surprise Mr. Mario Maneger from said autozone tells me that the warranty is lost once the exchange is made ONCE. my question is the following: Because they call it, put it in their system and tell the customer that it is a LIFETIME WARRANTY? When in reality it is limited to a single exchange! Isn't that deception? I would like to appeal to Autozone customers who do not believe in those lifetime warranty offers, it is only to charge you more and when they exchange you for that one time, they give you the poorest quality product. In addition, I want to point out the bad attitude of the man. Mario is extremely rude, poorly educated, and to my surprise I have not been the only one who has left a bad review of this man, he rightly believes he has the right to mistreat the people who are going to buy the products that store offers. Finally, I want to highlight that when I was forced to buy a new pump, the man left me at the counter without giving me more attention ANOTHER thing that He is used to. And finally, they denied me the sale of said gasoline pump, having it in the establishment. It is definitely not a good place to shop as long as there are employees who do not respect customers, I feel so offended that I will share it on my social networks, individuals like Mr. Mario do not know how to deal with the public (and the managers CHANGE THE NAME OF LIFETIME WARRANTIES)

BEST STORE DOWN SOUTH! Manager Dominga definitely has 5StAR qualities! Very impressive and honest individual who helped above and beyond! Store super clean and everyone is so willing and welcoming. Chanay handsome young man who helped me with my car battery , you are forever indebted! Thank you thank you thank you! Jeff super sweet and all over the place(he was busy helping a customer who had him in the back one minute and back to the front. Everyone was super professional and kind!

It's been raining like crazy. I needed new wiper blades. I had no idea what wiper blades I needed.
Thank God Pedro was there to help me find the right model. Not only did he help me find the correct model, he also installed the wipers for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
