came into boost, needing a phone and Leo helped me out. Very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Five out of five experience would recommend anyone to come here.

Do not buy any ph don't even try the MOTOROLA in this Boost Mobile establishment. They suggested a Motorola Ph that doesn't work, it freezes, you can barely see the letters, I wanted to connect ANOTHER Boost Ph that has 5G and they lied to me telling me it wouldn't work well. I put the card and it works fine, first lie. Then I wanted to change it and they told me no, it had to be the SAME Model that doesn't work. I wanted a Samsung Model which in fact was the one I wanted at the beginning much better and cheaper and they took me to this more expensive one. Don't go to this business THIS IS A PLACE THAT I FELT RIPPED OFF.

Great customer service!! Went into the store to get assistance activating my new phone and Michael was super helpful. Best customer service i’ve had. He helped set up my new phone, even helped me recover my icloud which is a headache. Michael definitely deserves a raise!!! Glad to say I will be coming back here and asking for him.

The inside of the facility looks outstanding and very professional... Over All i like it. I can care less what people think. You where nice to me. Recommendation: Don't give them card till they show you how much you pay & for what you paying + paper work. This is only authorized dealer for Boost not Boost owned store. Went there to switch phone bought directly from Apple. Would I do it directly over phone w/ Boost or Boost owned store I would pay only for Sim card (around $10-$15). This store charged me $69.95 for swapping procedure. Contacted Boost directly: Boost does not have any control for any up charging for their "work & services" in authorized dealer store. In the store I was told $18 price for SimCard then price $69.95 on statement. Store did not give me any receipt. Would I drove few miles north to Boost owned store I would pay only $10-$15- verified w/ the other location after the fact. One of the places doing business under franchise coasttocaosst.llc with multi store location as authorized dealer. When called the store the clerk informed me, that every user will pay this amount because "it is Boost upgrading network". Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me. Not going back there. Lost dispute because card physically present at store - regardless of circumstances.

I loved the assistance especially from Norma and Ana as well, they were so sweet and nice. I was able to leave the store with an IPhone 8plus and 12mini at great price. Definitely a great experience!!!
