Hige lines, every single day, and all the time, over 30-45 minutes of waiting to do a deposit or anything else. They always have only one person attending the customers, even having enough windows to put more associates, I guess they are trying to cut payroll.

Never that I ever heard that I can’t deposit cash in an account if I’m not on it. I’ve done it at many other banks before. They made me literally drive home and write a check to this account. Last month I went in and deposited cash it was no problem. I will never deal with this branch again. Made me waste my time for a deposit ridiculous.

Be careful with their ATMs!!! , I went to withdraw $400 and it never gave me my money but it definitely marked on my account as if it did . I've been calling support for over a month now and they finally ended the investigation with and I quote " WE CAN NOT LOCATE THOSE $400" . so now my account is at negative because I unfortunately live my life Check by Check . Careful!

The worst, they have the ATM door closed and there is only one ATM for people who come walking and to be able to use the ATM they have to go to the car ATM.

Had the pleasure of working with Anna today when i had trouble withdrawing for a big purchase. She helped me immensely, and didn’t take no for an answer from the computer. She is truly an Asset to the team there and cannot thank her enough for not sending me back an hour south empty handed!! Thanks Anna! ❤️

What a strange experience I had the other day! I'm going out on a limb & give Chase 2 whole stars. Yes you read right, 2 stars!! That doesn't seem like much but prior, it was 1 star with the explanation of negative stars since one cannot rate lower than 1 star. Anyhow, something strangely good has happened. Chase... was... helpful? I was greeted upon entering, by an actual live Chase person likely to be on the payroll, who quickly directed me to the teller line, but then another Chase associate went out of her way to assist me further, stepping out of her booth & guided me to her window. I felt like an elderly getting all the attention. Whats odd is she didn't appear to be the normal teller window type, and displaying team work to assist her coworkers? I know I shouldn't get excited about what appears to be normal expectations to a normal human being, but we've all been conditioned to expect deplorable services from Chase that any tiny amount of human display of service is big deal! I felt like I was in the twilight zone, Chase ppl helping me out!! ? I suppose a day like this would eventually happen from chance alone, but repetition removes chance. Is Chase turning over a new leaf?? I'll have to wait & see. It could've all been a fluke. ? 2 stars is a very high mark from this user & hopeful that it'll continue to rise. You noticed I used a lot of exclamation points. It has been that strange of the good kind!?

Worst experience ever! I opened a business account about 30 days ago went in on a Friday 10/29 to deposit a check and I was told it would clear by 11/2 and now 11/2 chase decided to close my debit card and restrict my account and are requesting the issuer of my check to appear in person… Chase you have caused me financial hardships and emotional suffering, I will seek legal action to sue. I will also go into the branch with the check issuer and I will close my business account because of your horrible banking service. I have not committed Fraud and I don’t deserve to be treated like I have.

Damaris Arauz was the person who assisted me, but she didn’t help me at all. On the contrary, what could have been an easy process, her incompetence and lack of professionalism made my day even more difficult. She advised me to close my personal check account because she didn’t have access to make the changes I was requesting. I needed to remove my mom as a beneficiary of the account but since the account originated in California, she said that any change in the account should be made in California. All what she is capable to do for opening a new account. As a result, I was greatly affected because I had to change everything and update my new information in my accounts. I am also being affected because my paycheck that I get by direct deposit was not received today. I visited another branch and explained my case and of course they explained to me that what I was asking for it would’ve be done without having to close the account. The system allows you to access the holder's account and make changes even if it is originated in any state. Please, if she is not trained and does not know her job, do not allow her to serve the public.

Horrible wait times. They have one entire teller working a line of about 10-15 people. Super counterproductive.
