Ordered a hard to find pair of New Balance shoes from Exit1 after being shipped the wrong size from another company right before Christmas. Exit 1 shipped them out fast and it was exactly what I ordered at a fair price. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

Buyer beware. I ordered a pair of new balance online and received a different color and style than what was advertised. I called and was refunded the cost of the shoes but was not refunded shipping costs even though this was not my error and was told to "please note" that I was getting a refund even though they have a no refund policy, exchange only, like they were doing me a favor. What arrogance.'No refunds' is a red flag, buy at your own risk. If you order XL and receive Small you're probably out of luck. This lack of ownership is bad business period. Do right by the customer, especially when your business did not deliver as expected. This will ensure you stay in business. I hope stealing $10.54 was worth this bad review. It's definitely worth it to me now knowing not to do business here again.

I ordered my NB 574 Cloudberry last July 4. Since it's 4th of July, the price got discounted from $100 to $80. I received the item July 20 which is more than 2 weeks. But it's fine since it was delivered here in the Philippines. The shoes were in good shape when it arrived. Awesome! I will purchase a pair again when I have a budget. ?
