Had a great experience. Went straight in and asked for their softest mattress. The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable in the features of the mattresses and help me to decipher my own needs. It’s a big decision when that mattress is what will determine your sleep. No pressure to buy but they invited me back as often as necessary until I made up my mind. I also have neck issues and I tried out a few pillows that they thought would be ideal. Really enjoyed the shopping experience.

Honestly the best, thanks to Quentin who first helped me begin the process, but due to complications in system, was told to come back following day, thats when Matthew, help seal the deal! Was truly blessed by both peoples. Very nice and well spoken.

Matthew was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and down to earth. He took all of the time necessary to show us inventory based on our needs and wants. The matress found for us was great quality for a great price. I highly recommend this location and Matthew as your sleep expert!

Quinton and the rest of the staff were GREAT! I forget the young man's name who answered the phone and gave me the directions to the Florida City store. He was very helpful with directions and they were very professional, friendly and helpful.

100% would recommend to anyone looking for a new Mattress! Quinton was amazing! He let us try out multiple beds and pillows till we found what was perfect for us at a fanatic price. That man knows his beds !
