Scheduling a time for an estimate was great and you can arrange an estimate via video call or in-person; Randy was super thorough in his estimate via video call, during which time he answered my many questions about the process. This business gives you a "does not exceed" estimate, which not all companies do; I was a fan because I was aware going into the move what the maximum cost would be.I cannot say enough amazing things about Adrienne in the office, who was easily able to answer all of my additional questions about the move once I selected Homestead Transfer and Storage. Everyone was courteous and careful, yet quick in moving boxes and wrapping furniture. Our driver (Jack) was amazing! He worked hard to make sure that we had our goods delivered as soon as possible; we loaded on a Monday and our goods were delivered on Saturday.
