I have been going to optima lite for a few years now and I always get exceptional service, attention to detail, and a welcoming. From the moment I step in, Im always greeted with warmth and professionalism. I never know what I want and Gaby always exceeds my expectations. Gaby, Rudy and all the staff are skilled in, creating intricate designs with precision and care. I left feeling rejuvenated and confident, with nails that garnered compliments wherever I go. Everyone is always talking and laughing and it’s a atmosphere where you feel at home highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch nail care and a fun salon experience.

The worst place I’ve ever been. I came here like 5 times cause it was close to me, every time I went they charged me whatever they wanted. Today definitely the last time I’m going. I went for acrylic refill, I showed Karen exactly what I wanted she said yes. As we’re getting to the end I see the color is fxcd up like you see in the picture. I told her about it she said she knew it was going to look like that???? Then I asked for glitter on top, she did whatever she thought it was fine. My nails look horrible I’m so sad like look at how bad they look!!!! Looks like a little girl training did it.
I expressed everything in the moment, she didn’t even try to fix it. She said it’s not possible to fix it probably so she can go home.What’s even worse she said she knew they were going to look like this!!!! I came back a few times cause overall everyone gave decent service and my nails looked good, but this??? . Now I have to go somewhere else and pay double just cause they’re not professional enough. Disaster, horrible nails, horrible service. Save yourself time and go somewhere else before they ruin yours. YOU clearly don’t know what you’re doing.

I wanted to give a big shout out to my favorite nail tech at the salon YUNET! The first nail set she ever did on my was the halloween one , She always got me right and even when my nails stress her out she still figures out a way. I’ll definitely recommend her she is very kind soul and so welcoming and we always have a good laugh! From yours truly her most stressful client BreBre???

I'm sorry, I'm sure the other technicians are good but I happen to get one that did my nails terribly I didn't even want to give her a tip she filed off all the side of my nail, look like I had hawk hooks. Side we're not smooth. She didn't know what capping the nail was. I'm a technician and I get my nails done either by myself or someone else and I didn't have time that day and had my nails done the same day for a refill only. Never again unless it's not that girl. What really did it, it's when she told the manager that I wanted the mistake corrected, he said I came in like that. I was flabbergasted when he said that when I had my nails done in Orlando and I came to them just for a refill.
