Got here 7 minutes before closing and they turned me away saying it's closed. I told them I only need one item that's near the entrance and they said they were closed. Thanks Home Depot. All I need was a light to illuminate the entrance to my house. Rude staff.

On January 1St I purchased a Samsung Smart stove at 33001 S Dixie Hwy Homestead, FL 33034. I dropped hot water onto the top and I notice spots on the black stove top. Attempted to clean, however spot remained. I contacted Home Depot's corporate office and was advised via email, after 48 hours there was nothing they could do to assist me. I then contacted the manager at the Home Depot location was advised to purchase Cerama Bryte to clean the factory defect . However it's been less than 30 days, Why should I be responsible for cleaning a factory defect every time water is drips onto the defective surface?

Horrible customer service. Order Christmas lights that never came after I waited home all day no call, no delivery. Went to store to get them that afternoon and said lights hadn't come back, called the next morning to confirm lights were already at store which customer department confirmed. I arrived to no lights everyone lost, apparently driver never returned them. I spoke to Henry the assistant manager who said they will try to locate them or get from another store and he would personally give me a call back. No call back from Henry and no lights they just refunded the purchase without even a call. Extremely frustrating experience! I

A gentleman named Tony helped in the garden department and it was amazing. He had a lot of patience and knowledge about the products. Best customer service I have experienced at any homedepot. If you have questions about your garden, look for Tony !

Same issue,nobody at Pro to help with (pay by phone orders).Sent to customers service,big shopping car across store and cashier complaining because 4 orders different numbers and PO.PLEASE,work on it,everyday after 4:00pm ,same issue,sing said 6:00pm. HELLO!!!!

I came into Home Depot on 07/01 around 9:00 EDT. The purpose was because I ran out of tile for my bathroom tile. The original tile I purchased was not from Home Depot, and the tile place said my tile was back ordered 12 weeks. So I decided to try to match my tile at Home Depot. I asked a gentleman Mark to help me match my tile, and he even spoke to my contractor on the phone on my behalf to make sure I got what I needed. I really appreciated it because I was so confused and stressed. He definitely took the time out to help me and I could tell he was busy( he was sweating), but he didn't rush me and made me feel heard. When I got to the register the tile I wanted said it was out of stock and no where in the state had the tile. I was on the verge of tears because Mark and I looked in the system and it was in stock. But the sales person CJH2M3I (she had a name tag but I forgot her name so I'm finding her work id on my invoice) remained calm walked back to the tile spot with me to find it and scan it. I really appreciated that both sales associates helped me and took their time with me. Home projects can be very stressful and with everything back ordered it can cause a project to go downhill pretty fast. I am so thankful this home depot had what I needed! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you!

I just bought a pressure washer from your Florida City, Florida location and it is missing the entire top portion of the assembly including all the nozzles, handle and tool kit. This is the fourth time I have bought something from your South Florida stores that appears to be intact and unopened only to get it home to find parts missing. Don't your store associates check anything that is returned to make sure it is all there before they tape it back shut and restock it? Ridiculous!!!!! Now, I have to spend more of my money on gas and my valuable time to return it to the store and exchange it! Not to mention not finishing the project I intended to accomplish today. Wake Up!!!!!!!!!

Always the worst customer service at this Home Depot location! I only visited the Garden section this time. First, no carts in the vicinity of the garden section. The parking lot had a lot of trash laying about. Some day laborers standing about in the parking lot, but not as many as other times. I really only wanted to buy a few plants. Picked out three and headed to the check out. The gal working it behind the large sheets of plexiglass glass was busy on her phone!!! She never said "hello" or anything. She was annoyed as I continued to hola the plants should could not get a great scan, so just scanned one 3x. I inserted my cc and bagged my own plants. She was already back looking at her phone and handed me my receipt with her free hand. Again, not saying a word! Where is management??? How can employees be allowed to be on their smartphone while at work? This is just a horrible store. (If I had intended to buy more, I would have driven to Marathon HD, where employees are genuinely friendly and helpful.)

Take the trip and go to the cutler bay location. Not once or twice but EVERY time I need help no one is around. And the one or two people That are there are hiding. 2 people at each register in customer service. FOR WHAT!? Nobody is on the floor helping people. 52 of something in stock yet the shelves are empty. You need an associate to pull it off the top racks. Again no one is around or available. Such a waste of time here. I'm done with this Florida city location. Whomever is managing this place is costing home depot lots of money. So many times I've walked out and gone to another location. I'm positive I'm not the only one. New management needs to step in ASAP

Horrible service with the insurance quote!! They make you buy a window..amd when you tell them you don't want a window, they up the price on the shutters to 3 times more than the competition!!Management sucks and the sales people are horrible too..I'll shop at Lowes!!

HORRIBLE! Came here at 7:30PM they had a sign up at the entrance that said "Our rerun system is down no returns available" when I went in I asked the girl and she said that was from this morning they are up now I told her you guys should remove the sign and she said it's actually less work keeping it up I finished my return and went on to looking for what I needed. I needed help in the plumbing section and there was NOT AN EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. 2 other customers and myself were walking together looking for employees to help us. We finally went to the front and two girls were sitting on the counters, when we told them we needed help and could not find anyone they said "they are probably busy" we told her "we walked through the middle isle and did not find any employee to help us if not we would not come to the front asking for help can you call someone to help us" she said "Fine but if they are busy they will not come" we waited about 15 minutes for help to show up and at least they were nice
