Pharmaceutical staff is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. Very rude. Place calls on hold without even saying anything. Left on hold for 40 minutes. Was told they would check on medication and never came back to the phone. Need better attitudes and better employees.

On Tuesday August 8 2023 I visit this location to buy one particular item, I was rushing to make it before it close, but when I got there at 10:46PM the doors were closed even do their hours of closing said 11:00pm

Good store never have an issue. I use the pharmacy more often and the staff there are very overworked but always are friendly with me. The technician Renita has remembered me now and had my prescriptions ready when I pull up practically. I had to ask if they have facial recognition now

I'm coming back to review again.. this is primarily for the Pharmacy department. The team they have currently is phenomenal.. I've been watching them for about 6 months and the customer service has really shined through. Yes they sometimes take a little longer to pick up phone but I guess that is everywhere. They are fast,they call back, they communicate well and are curtious. Thanks all

Rude staff; does not provide helpful services; pharmacists not helpful; pharmacists takes time off and doesn't notify customers who need to pick up medication. Medication is often out and wait time is unnecessary

I have so much to say about this pharmacy but I’ll keep it simple. STORE MANAGER BEATRICE is incapable of running her store. The pharmacy is failing because she doesn’t care. Pharmacy takes forever to fill a singleScript and when they don’t have the medication they forget to order it and takes weeks to get any meds filled. This is disgusting to be honest.

They don't answer their phone in the pharmacy. Hold time was over half an hour. My physician sent an order for a blood pressure med because I was experiencing critical BP readings. He wanted me to take a dose quickly. Several hours later it still isn't filled, we're still on hold.

I have always shopped at this Walgreens but as of today I do not plan on going back to this location again. I had bought some pregnancy tests that unfortunately did not work as neither of them developed, so I went back to this store to ask if it was possible if I could simply grab another one and as I was explaining my situation I was met with rudeness from one of the managers basically yelling at me that this was unsanitary and I understand why however I had kept the used tests in the box and only took them out enough to show that they were defective and did not put them on any surface. Regardless I apologized and before I could make my request she had cut me off and told me I needed to call the company of the tests however it was Walgreens brand pregnancy tests. So she was very unhelpful and rude. Basically told me to call corporate so she wouldn’t have to deal with me. Later got on the phone with her where I was trying to once again explain my situation and was once again cut off and met with the same rudeness and she hung up on me. Very disappointed.
